The façade of CASA COR Brasília will be the result of a partnership with WWF

A conscious and responsible partnership has been established with CASA COR Brasília 2016 , which will take place between September 22 and November 9, at QI 9 in Lago Sul. This is the union of WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature - Brazil) with the group of architects Roberto Lemconte, Juliana Garrocho, Catharina Macedo and Sheila Beatriz, who will design the façade of the event's headquarters. Entitled Madeira Legal , the main entrance will receive a reusable wooden panel that, after the end of the exhibition, will be transformed into a stand that will serve as support for sustainable projects at CasaPark. “We want to combine the idea of sustainability with the new technology available,” explains WWF-Brazil conservation specialist Ricardo Russo. The goal of the partnership is to propose a new concept for using materials in civil construction. Regarding the space's design, the professionals reveal that it will have a combination of industrial wood – glued laminated – and natural wood, with pieces of planted wood from the Amazon and native trees.
