The lineup gathered for a cocktail reception at the development's restaurant, where the brand revealed the address of the next edition.

"When we opened the doors here in Balneário Camboriú, we spoke about a theme that invited us to unite mind and heart. The proposal enriched us with ideas, experiences, and new perceptions. We celebrated 30 years of CASACOR Santa Catarina, and this is much more than commemorating a date: it is celebrating people," said the director of CASACOR SC, Francis Bernardo, in her closing speech.

"An exhibition is not made only of walls, designs or projects. It is built by dreams, strength, determination, courage, talent and by the trust of hundreds of people who believed that architecture, design and landscaping can transform lives," she added, as she thanked architects, designers, landscapers, sponsors, suppliers, supporters, partners and the press — and also the team who worked behind the scenes to make it all happen.

The owner of Pioneira Empreendimentos, Miro Teixeira, also celebrated the partnership. "Now we move on to the completion of this project, with this important part left by CASACOR SC," he said.

First time in Itajaí

At the end of her speech, Francis Bernardo announced CASACOR SC | Brava 2027, at the Malbec Malbec development, by the ABF | Vaccaro construction company, in Canto Sul of Praia Brava, in Itajaí. In her ten years leading CASACOR SC, it is the first time Francis brings the host location to the city.

Next, she handed over the floor to the partner of ABF | Vaccaro, Keity Bellini: "For ABF Vaccaro, it is a great honor to receive the invitation to host CASACOR Santa Catarina 2027. Open house date already set

With the host defined, the calendar is also already set. The open house takes place on January 20, starting at 2:30 pm, at the development site — open to architecture, interior design and landscaping professionals interested in exhibiting at the show. The opening to the public will run from July 11 to August 22, 2027, with the inauguration night on July 10.

The Pericó Residence

From Pioneira Empreendimentos, local sponsor of CASACOR SC in Balneário Camboriú, the Pericó Residence is recognized as the first wine-themed development in Brazil. The project unites architecture, concept and experience: the facade evokes bottles and glasses, and the projects include a wine bar, fire space, gourmet lounges and a red-toned pool.
