CASACOR São Paulo 2026 celebrated the end of its season on the night of Thursday, the 30th, with a party in the gardens of the mansion where the show takes place, at Parque da Água Branca. The team, the cast of professionals, and guests toasted together to an edition that matched last year's attendance record — swept up by music, cocktails, and a menu worthy of the occasion, in a celebratory atmosphere that summed up the spirit of the season well.

Four certifications, one single night

CASACOR's board and management welcomed guests and took the moment to thank those behind this year's edition. Edward Pimenta, Livia Pedreira, Pedro Ariel Santana, Darlan Firmato, Cleide Gomes, Thaís Lauton, and Graziela de Caroli made a toast to the cast of architects and landscape designers and to the team that supported the show behind the scenes.

The party was also the stage for the presentation of four certifications earned by the show. CASACOR São Paulo received, for the first time, the Acolhe Seal, granted by Fundação Vanzolini to establishments that meet strict criteria of comfort, safety, and humanized service aimed at the 60+ population and people with reduced mobility.

Also presented, for the sixth consecutive year, was the Zero Waste Certificate — recognition that makes CASACOR São Paulo the only cultural exhibition in the country to operate under this concept. Practically all waste generated during the show is diverted from landfills, at rates above 99%, and primarily directed to reuse and social impact initiatives. What cannot be reused returns to the production chain as new input, in a process that also includes material donations to NGOs and a carbon offset partnership.

The novelty of this edition was the GBC Life Performance Rating Seal, from Green Building Council Brasil, which recognizes projects built with a focus on health, comfort, and well-being. Ten projects at the show underwent technical evaluation of criteria such as air quality, acoustic comfort, natural lighting, water quality, and the presence of biophilic elements — measurements taken after the start of operations and subsequently audited for validation by GBC Brasil.

The Accessibility Seal, in turn, was granted by the Permanent Accessibility Commission (CPA) in recognition of resources such as ramps, elevators, wheelchair-adapted circulation, tactile maps, and audio description — part of work that CASACOR São Paulo has been consolidating for more than two decades.

The largest architecture, landscaping, art, and interior design platform in the Americas, CASACOR São Paulo reaches its 39th edition bringing together more than 70 projects spread across Parque da Água Branca, including houses, studios, lofts, gardens, art installations, and social spaces. Under the theme "Mind and Heart", the 2026 edition proposes a reflection on contemporary living from the balance between reason and emotion, valuing hospitality, affective memory, and human connection.

Held for the second consecutive year at Parque da Água Branca, the show consolidated the space as stage for cultural experiences and reaffirmed architecture as a tool for transformation and well-being. CASACOR São Paulo remains open to visitors until August 9, closing a cycle that already outlines the first steps toward the 2027 edition.
