The countdown to CASACOR Ceará 2026 officially began last Friday (10). The traditional operational meeting gathered more than 40 professionals from the cast, partner companies and guests at Casa MD | Moura Dubeux to present the masterplan, the construction schedule and the main guidelines of the 28th edition of the show, which takes place between October 15 and November 29.
This year, CASACOR returns to Rua Tibúrcio Cavalcanti, nº 607, in the Meireles neighborhood, once again occupying a property from Moura Dubeux. With more than 30 projects, the edition will be guided by the national theme "Mind and Heart", which proposes reflections on more welcoming, human ways of living connected to well-being.

More than a technical alignment meeting, the operational meeting marks the beginning of the show's work. Throughout the program, participants got to know the planning of the edition, clarified doubts about the schedule, aligned projects with suppliers and discussed strategies for the development of the projects.
For Neuma Figueirêdo, director of CASACOR Ceará, this moment is fundamental to ensure the integration among all those involved in carrying out the show.
"It is this joint articulation that allows the development of a show that continues to be a living platform for architecture, design, landscaping, handicrafts and art, providing unique experiences to the visiting public. The meeting also strengthens the alignment among all partners and reinforces the importance of CASACOR as a reference in these segments", she states.

The property that will host the edition has 663 m² of area distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor. During the show, the spaces will be completely resignified by the cast, formed by debut and veteran professionals, who will interpret the theme "Mind and Heart" through projects focused on welcoming, slowing down and creating projects capable of promoting well-being in a routine increasingly connected to digital technologies.
The new masterplan foresees a significant transformation of the house. Among the novelties are two complete apartments — one of 495 m² on the ground floor and another of 168 m² on the upper floor — in addition to outdoor projects, restaurant, café, a secret bar and the traditional Budega do Sebrae.
Another novelty is the creation of a gym focused on the wellness universe, designed to demonstrate how spaces dedicated to physical activity can also encourage relaxation, meditation and yoga practices. Some projects will also pay tribute to the 300 years of Fortaleza, connecting the show to the history and identity of the city.

By bringing together a new cast in a property that has already hosted two previous editions of CASACOR Ceará, in 2023 and 2025, the organization bets on a new reading of the space. The proposal is to show how architecture, interior design and landscaping are capable of completely transforming the same address, offering the public a unique experience with each edition.
