Restaurant, gastrobar, café, chocolate shop and a wine shop are the gastronomic attractions of the 28th edition of CASACOR Brasília . The exhibition takes place from September 6th to October 22nd at Casa da Manchete, in the Graphic Industries Sector (SIG) . In addition to trends in architecture, decoration, design and landscaping, visitors are offered options for lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, wines or a delicious chocolate tasting.

Renowned chef Ian Baiocchi is in charge of the official restaurant for the 2019 show. A success in Goiânia, he is in charge of Íz Brasília , which will be open throughout the 2019 edition. The menu features a selection of classics from the award-winning restaurant. The architectural design was designed by Studio Pippa and was inspired by the 1970s. In addition to à la carte options, the establishment offers two Tasting Menus. The first, Íz Classic (R$175.00), has five courses: House Breads; House Appetizers, Sea Bass a la Plancha, Filet Mignon with Herb Butter and Bread, Coffee and Milk. The second, Íz Evolution (R$320.00), has ten courses of iconic dishes from over the years of the restaurant.

The Mosaic , by Paulo Tarso , returns to the show (he was in charge of the official restaurant in 2017), this time in the Lounge Bar. In the space designed by architects Angela Castilho and Alex Rodrigues, a menu with an air of gastrobar . Classics from the previous edition of the restaurant are back, such as Brie with truffled honey, Ossobuco Croquette and the famous Les Frites. Among the new dishes, especially for this year, are Asparagus wrapped in Parma ham served with Brie fondutta and Spinach dip (sautéed spinach with cream cheese). The chef also signs the drinks menu. Highlights include the Gin and Tonics and their variations.

A highlight in the national market and at the Salon du Chocolat (in Paris) and awarded with a Certificate of Recognition by the Cocoa Awards, Mendoá Chocolates is present in an environment designed by the Brasil Trajano Arquitetura office, designed to highlight the products of the brand founded in 2013. In addition to the classics, it also has an exclusive menu of pies and sweets developed by chef Daniel Briand and cook Luiza Meireles from MaxFood Market, partners of the brand.

A hit in 2018, Bäckerei , with its artisanal breads and sweets, returned to this year's edition as the official café. The space was designed by Projeto VI+LA. With German inspiration, the Bäckerei bakery, run by Ana Victoria Neddermeyer and Mac Marques, is famous for its naturally leavened breads. It also serves pizzas, French pastries, organic salads, and more coffees, chocolates, teas, juices and gelatos.

Yard by Hiden is another attraction at CASACOR Brasília . According to Mariana Braga, the creator of the gastronomic project, the idea behind the space is to be a wine shop where you can take your wine home or taste it on site using the self-serve system. To accompany it, there is Spanish charcuterie and cold cuts. Yard is located in an annex of the 2019 show's Ballroom, a space designed by the young firm Entrequadra Arquitetos.
