The CASACOR Rio 2026 experience goes beyond architecture, design, and landscaping. In this 35th edition, gastronomy also takes center stage along the route through the Aliança da Bahia Building, in downtown Rio, with different operations designed to accompany the various moments of the visit. Under the theme "Mind and Heart", the show brings together gastronomic projects that combine flavors, gatherings, and hospitality, in a program that ranges from coffee breaks and small pauses to lunches, dinners, drinks, and moments of celebration.

Bar, restaurant, café, speakeasy and Champagne Bar present distinct proposals, all connected by the idea of creating experiences that complement the visit. The menus move between classic recipes, reinterpretations, and signature creations, with options ranging from appetizers and sandwiches to full dishes, desserts, coffees, wines, and drinks. Highlights include the Astrodome Bistrô, which revives the memory of the traditional restaurant that operated for decades in the same building, Chez Patricia | Café, which pays tribute to CASACOR Rio directors Patricia Mayer and Patricia Quentel, and the Avesso Speakeasy, which expands the program with an experience dedicated to mixology and gastronomy.
