In 2019, Fuorisalone registered over 1,000 events and a volume of over 500,000 in-person visitors. According to the organizers of the 2020 event, “the goal is not to replace the physical experience or to make the exhibitions virtual, since it would be impossible to reproduce all the senses and sensations experienced in person. But to propose a solution that aggregates and distributes relevant content from the sector across multiple channels.” In a year of pandemic, FuoriSalone seeks to establish its digital presence.
