Designboom has revealed the new interior design project by Stone Designs. The studio was inspired by Spanish comics from the 1950s and 1960s - the so-called 'tebeos' - to create the decor for one of Accor's hotels in Madrid.

All the floors evoke this common aesthetic through the selection of colors, textures and decoration of the rooms. The interiors pay homage to all the Madrid creators.

The common areas, such as the lobby, two restaurants, bar and reception area are inspired by the golden age of all these creators. The spaces are characterized by a warm, clean and efficient design that combines oak wood finishes with various upholstery for greater comfort.

A cooking area merges with a buffet and a beautiful bar, creating a space where everything flows effortlessly. This space is surrounded by a terrace with a swimming pool as the main attraction.

A tall natural barrier helps guests forget that they are right across from the M-30 motorway. Overall, the hotel aims to provide the perfect place for locals and tourists to enjoy a fantastic night out.
