See who won the Best Room vote at CASACOR 2016

Over the last week, we launched asurvey on the website to find out which was the best and most popular room at CASACOR 2016 among the show's audience. Voting took place between February 13th and 20th, and the 10 best rooms from all over Brazil at CASACOR 2016 competed. In total, the poll received 8,500 votes, with the winner being Ana Cristina Cunha's Quarto do Casal at CASACOR Pernambuco 2016 .

The architect entered the vote with a bedroom design for a couple, where contemporary balance and lightness prevail. At the same time, the origins of the mansion that hosted CASACOR Pernambuco 2016 are valued, as seen in both the renovated floor and the markings of the existing portals. "Designing this bedroom was sensational, as it coincided with my return to CASACOR and the revival of this exhibition in Recife, where great professionals were involved. The intention of the project was to preserve the architectural design of the house, exploring elements of its period layout and existing finishes", explains Ana. The room, which features wood panels that bring life and warmth to the space, won the poll with 44% of the votes!
