Sustainability and decoration were combined by architect and urban planner Sérgio Borges to create an environment conducive to creativity at CASACOR Brasília 2018. In the Entrepreneur Space , corporate architecture gains volumes and lines of certified wood and avant-garde furniture.
Italian-designed sofas and armchairs are available to allow the occupants' ideas to flow as freely as possible. Ample lighting in the main room and a palette of striking yet sober colors favor the entrepreneurs' work and create a stimulating atmosphere. Pendant speakers provide a more complete and uniform ambient sound, and a wall of foliage is a natural counterpoint to the urban style used. The space is so versatile that it can even be used for social gatherings. “The details present in the space are thought out to surprise the visitor”, says the architect.
One of the highlights is the 7 m tunnel, which precedes the entrance to the environment. Entirely covered with wood and cement slabs, it leads visitors in an almost theatrical way and serves as a kind of transition, a path to think and open up to new ideas. possibilities. The ceiling is lowered, which increases the sensation of height of the double-height ceiling in the main room. “Passing through the tunnel gives the impression of being transported to another world, where you can connect with new experiences and translate this sensation into production. of new ideas”, explains the professional.
