CASACOR São Paulo. Casa do Relógio - Dado Castello Branco. This contemporary wood and concrete home is inspired by the townhouses of Amsterdam and London. Despite its generous 283 m², it is welcoming, with multifunctional spaces that benefit from openings to nature. The spiral staircase draws attention to the structural aspects of the construction, made with certified materials and a fast-to-build metal structure.

CASACOR São Paulo. Boutique Residence 218 - Flávia Gerab and Silvana Mattar. The millennial generation's way of living is represented in an agile layout that highlights good design and integration. The kitchen is one of the spaces, where the shelves have been invaded by plants and the natural appeal is even more evident in the marble wall.

CASACOR São Paulo. Casa Terra - Paola Ribeiro. Two large trees that were on the land were integrated into the space. The feeling of being in a garden is reinforced by the use of glass and large frames, inviting greenery into the ambiance in natural and woody tones.

CASACOR São Paulo. Renault Tree House - Suite Arquitetos. The huge flamboyant tree with Adam's ribs at the base steals the show. With no physical barriers between the living room and the garden, the integration with the greenery is accentuated. To prolong contact with nature, earthy tones were chosen for the coverings and furniture. To finish, there is a wooden screen, a marble wall and a gourmet stone island. Daniela Frugiuele designed the project with Filipe Troncon and Carolina Mauro.

CASACOR São Paulo. Casa Raízes - Triplex Arquitetura. This tribute to women offers a place to reflect, reconnect with nature and renew one's strength. Pivoting panels in wood and straw ensure the entry of light and fresh air, as well as gradually revealing the space. The ceiling was covered with a weave of natural fibers. In the décor, neutral colors bring visual unity between furniture, coverings and works of art.

CASACOR Brasília. Country House – Miguel Gustavo. The architect highlighted natural stones and woods in the 120 m² loft. Green stands out and was the color chosen for one of the main pieces, the sofa, which matches the iconic Mole armchair by Sergio Rodrigues. The open layout favors socializing, keeping the living room and kitchen visually integrated.

CASACOR Brasília. Casa Arauco – Walléria Teixeira. Scandinavian design sets the tone for the space, which features a predominance of beige, gray and black, with touches of gold. Natural light is prominent, as is the light wood and marble that look like works of art in the integrated bathroom. Textures overlap and create a delicate backdrop for the furniture, which combines antique and contemporary pieces.

CASACOR Brasília. #RefúgioVeredas_Cinex – Denise Zuba Studio. Several references coexist in these 500 m². The cerrado is mentioned in Bento Viana's photographs and in pieces from the region. The environment evokes the backlands of Minas Gerais, where Denise Zuba was born, and Portugal, one of the origins of the Brazilian people, with its 200-year-old olive tree. Sofas and armchairs explore different aspects of contemporary art. The open spaces are connected to each other by common materials and colors - and are open to the garden through large spans with sliding doors.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro. Renault Loft - Alexandre Gedeon and Hugo Schwartz, from InTown Arquitetura. The duplex occupies a glass and steel box - and this is not its only attraction. The structure is mobile and can be transported ready for assembly, which generates less waste. Large panels provide cross ventilation, and the ceiling slab has been given reflective waterproofing to reduce heat absorption by 90%. Sustainability combines with innovation and enhances the presentation of the Captur model.

CASACOR Santa Catarina. Casa Grigio - Cris Passing and Giovane Marangoni. On the free terrain, architecture and interior are born together, integrating internal and external. The sustainable Wood Frame construction system allowed for record execution times. Natural light falls on the spaces, which bring a clean concept with integrated environments and inspiration from Italian design. And, from the elegant shades of gray, the name Casa Grigio emerged.

CASACOR São Paulo. SysHaus - Arthur Casas. The SysHaus modular system was pre-launched at CASACOR 2018. With it, it was possible to build the high-standard house in less than a month, without waste or water use. Generous openings allow natural ventilation and light to pass through it.

JACKET Miami. Container House - Leo Shehtman. In this contemporary and relaxed space, Shehtman builds a house with two shipping containers framed by an outdoor garden. Instead of creating concrete walls and partitions, the professional opts for curtains, which filter sunlight and do not completely separate the spaces. Inside, wooden furniture is arranged with more classic pieces. In the outdoor area, low and comfortable furniture is perfect for a sunny afternoon with guests.

CASACOR Espírito Santo. Tennis Player's Shelter - Cristiane Locatelli. The project has one of the largest areas of the show, with 600 m². Of these, 170 m² are modules with a sustainable and innovative concept, using materials with low environmental impact. Light tones and natural light are the central point of this project connected with nature, in a perfect home to recharge your batteries - without giving up modern design.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto. Casa do Bosque - Cacau Ribeiro Interior Architecture. In this refuge integrated with nature, warm colors emanate from the fabrics and natural wood, in their different shapes and tones. The layout is loose in the 118 m² loft, with furniture by Brazilian designers and the finds of antique dealer Arnaldo Danemberg. The cabin gains charm with photographs by Araquém Alcântara and a painting by Cristina Canale.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul. Compact House - Paula Lino. A practical house or a modern loft? Both. The idea was to eliminate the walls and use furniture in the appropriate scale for the space, without giving up the elegant look. The custom-made Lino sofa is designed by the architect. Porcelain tiles refer to the textures of wood, stone and crockery.

CASACOR Paraná. Modern House Karsten - Mariana Paula Souza. The space was created after a study with couples up to 40 years old, without children, who opted for a light home that was integrated with nature. In these 115 m², wood warms the floor and some walls. The material shares the attention with the concrete-toned wallpaper. The transparency of the glass also plays a leading role, ensuring fluidity in the visual. To finish off, works of art from the Boiler gallery and design pieces from Vitra.

CASACOR São Paulo. Le Riad Bontempo - Roberto Migotto. A riad is a type of Moroccan building that opens onto a courtyard with an internal garden. In this contemporary reinterpretation, the 400 m² house opens onto a 200 m² garden. The fixed furniture enhances the straight lines and practicality. The large carved wooden panel was designed with partner Ricardo Minelli.

CASACOR São Paulo. CASA_DEZESSEIS - Moacir Schimitt Jr. and Salvio Moraes Jr. Contemporary, barrier-free and with plenty of natural light. In this complete 160 m² residence, the circulations are wide and the materials provide the desired comfort. The colors are sober and calm, with a certain freshness. Pieces from the authorial furniture line, created in partnership with Bruno Faucz, are present.

CASACOR São Paulo. Leroy Merlin Sustainable Home - Gabriela Lotufo and Larissa Oliveira. Sustainable materials are used in every detail, such as the tiles made from PET bottles, the baseboards made from recycled Styrofoam and the flooring made from reclaimed wood. The loose partitions made from cross-laminated wood require minimal use of natural resources during assembly and disassembly.

CASACOR São Paulo. Writer's House - Bergamo Jewel. With 70 m², it is inspired by projects such as Philip Johnson's Glass House. It is no coincidence that most of the enclosures are made of glass and the structure is made of Steel Frame. The construction system with galvanized steel profiles and cement boards allows for a quick and clean construction, without bricks or cement. The furniture features designer pieces by Reinaldo Lourenço, Ronald Sasson, Paulo Sartori and Antonio Bonet.
