The multipurpose space designed by Tatiana Moreira at
CASACOR Miami 2017 has five rooms in a single space. The 27
m² of the project can function as a library, home office, living room, bar and guest room with a retractable bed. Inspired by a man from the metropolis , the Multi-Use Space for the Modern Man has a contemporary style that frames the city view through the large glass opening, inviting sunlight to enter. Light gray, military green, pale pink and gold affirm the urban mood of the space. The walnut floor and marble wall form a luxurious backdrop for the Italian furniture. Mirrored shelves filled with books and photographs hold the resident's fond memories. A portrait of Havi Shan on the wall and a marble-effect rug complete the elegant decor.
