Automation system and light tones mark the room at Casa Cor PR 2015
André Bertoluci e Martha Coelho 01 Participating for the second consecutive year in Casa Cor Paraná 2015 , architects André Bertoluci and Martha Coelho are responsible for the show's Living Room. The 38 m² space is marked by light tones and a strong presence of wood, which brings warmth and coziness to the place. “The light tones in the different materials, in addition to giving the space a sense of spaciousness, also create a refined atmosphere, since the idea is for the client to welcome their guests into the space,” explains André Bertoluci. Because of this, the living room lacks bright colors in the loose furniture, such as the white of the two chaise longue chairs and the sofa, which highlights the decorative objects and works of art. As a highlight of the environment, there is a modular bookcase, created and designed by the architects, especially for the exhibition and the fireplace that uses the ecological resource of alcohol - ideal for receptions on colder days, which are typical of the region.
“In this edition, we sought to present something that is not only functional, but also completely cozy. Every detail, color and furniture were chosen so that the client could transform their living room into a place for leisure, rest and, above all, relaxation, without losing the charm and refinement of welcoming guests,” the professionals explain.
