What does it mean to escape? This project, designed by Cristiana Mascarenhas for
CASACOR Miami 2019 , reflects on what is necessary for an environment to be a
Scape Space . In the heart of the metropolis, the architect created a place intimate, placid and refreshing.

The highlight is the open wall, covered with a pattern of flying birds on a light blue background. This division separates the spaces without isolating them completely. The circle becomes a window into the space itself, a metaphor for the movement of introspection that the place provides. The birds in flight translate the freedom of inner tranquility.
