CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Living Room and Winter Garden - Dado Castello Branco. The living room has the feel of a library, with a herringbone patterned floor made of reclaimed wood. Above it, there are pieces by great names such as Oscar Niemeyer and Claudia Moreira Salles. The winter garden is a natural extension of the space, which transforms into a glass box that advances into the landscape.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Roca Estar - Carlos Carvalho and Rodrigo Beze. A young space can be luxurious, according to Studio Ro+Ca. They invest in the combination of new and old, especially the 1920s, and focus on sophisticated textures like the velvet sofa by Marcus Ferreira, from Decameron. Or in the wallpaper that reproduces caramel leather and covers the bookshelf, framed by an illuminated membrane. Another highlight is the Vivi chair, by Sergio Rodrigues, created by designer Fernando Mendes.

CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Living Room of the Apartment - Osvaldo Tenório. The architect chose to maintain the original floor and half-peeled walls, adopting them as the basis for an eclectic decoration. Italian furniture and pieces of original design by Tenório share the spotlight with works of art, such as the rosewood panel by Joaquim Tenreiro and the photos by Yuri Serôdio and Mario Cravo Neto.

CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul 2016. Social Room – Annelise Giordano and Gelise Almeida. To become a meeting point, the space offers several possibilities for interaction. In the home theater, a wooden box lowers the ceiling and, together with the graphic carpet, creates a cozy atmosphere. In the open bar, intimate lighting takes center stage and highlights paintings and objects.

CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Meeting Lounge – Hélio Albuquerque and Sonia Peres. Personal relationships, physical presence, and conversations between friends and family are revived in this space. Some elements reinforce this feeling, such as the reclaimed wood floor and even the art collection, with works by Hilal Sami Hilau, Amilcar de Castro, and Farnese de Andrade, among others.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2016. Estar Gourmet - Livia Marcantonio Bortoncello. The pillars of the original structure guided the layout, which integrates living and kitchen. The setting explores natural textures, such as linen and cotton in the upholstery, fibers in the carpet, as well as wood and leather. Not to mention the sheep's wool poufs in the living room, by Inês Schertel. Rovere wood veneers and brown lacquer take turns on the rectilinear fixed furniture and interact with sophisticated surfaces, such as glass and quartz.

CASACOR Paraíba 2016. Espaço Homem – Márcio Catão. The idea behind this space, measuring approximately 36m², is to combine workspace and socializing with clients and friends. That’s why it gives the impression of being in a living room, with sobriety in gray and wood tones. The ambiance features pieces developed by the office and works by the Paraíba-born artist José Rufino.

CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Friends' Room - Denise Barretto. Blue and gray define a masculine and intimate atmosphere, which also highlights creations by great Brazilian designers such as Sergio Rodrigues, Jader Almeida and Jorge Zalszupin. The walls were finished with boiseries and display works of art such as that by American Zoe Zapot. Also note the ceiling, with the fun cloud-print wallpaper by Fornasetti.

CASACOR Ceará 2016. Living Room - Érico Monteiro. The integration of spaces brings a modern perspective of use to the environment, which makes use of multifunctional furniture - such as benches that turn into small tables and vice versa. Curtains and blinds alter the original structure as little as possible, only to bring more comfort.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Roca Estar - Carlos Carvalho and Rodrigo Beze. When the duo first entered the mansion, they were enchanted by the marble floor, which was the starting point for the project. The stone reappears in the two-tone zigzag pattern on the wall, which creates an illusion when walking. Golden brass details are a trend, such as the Less lamp by Lumini, designed by Fernando Prado exclusively for the space.

CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Family Room - Thiago Manarelli and Ana Paula Guimarães. The duo invested in research and mixing in their project, which combines antique finds, contemporary art and natural plants. Tones such as dry rose and aqua green help to define a light and interesting composition.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Family Room - Fábio Bouillet and Rodrigo Jorge. Italian minimalism is revealed in the space with few pieces of furniture and intentional voids. The balance point is the wall that received flexible stone cladding, from Lantai. It blends with the Maddox sofa and ottoman, from Artefacto, both in gray. On the floor, the rug was designed by the architects for Santa Mônica. Designed by Lightdesign/Exporlux, the main lighting is provided by a large tensioned canvas (Tensoflex) above the sofa.

CASACOR Brasília 2016. Intimate Room - Tanara Machado and Andrea Nomura (Quadratti Arquitetura e Interior). From floor to ceiling, the wood creates a light and comfortable box with spaces for resting and reading. There is little interference, with few points of light for an intimate atmosphere that highlights paintings by artists such as Geórgia Kyriakakis and Darlan Rosa. The layout is loose and flexible, featuring pieces such as the Repos and Ottomam armchair by Swiss designer Antonio Citterio.

CASACOR São PAulo 2016. PS SPOT – Flávia Nars and Laísa Carpaneda (Carpaneda Nars). Ideal for entertaining friends for dinners and wine tastings, the 135m² space includes a hall, living room, kitchen and dining room. The floor plan is open, delimited by the mesh of steel cables. Some walls were warmed up with wood texture or by the large lacquered bookcase. The furniture is by Brazilian designers such as Ricardo Fasanello, Jorge Zalszupin and Dado Castello Branco.

CASACOR Brasília 2016. Gourmet Refuge - André Alf (Alf Arquitetura). With 194m², the space is organized around the habits of those who love to cook for friends and appreciate art and design. Porticos demarcate areas in the large space, without compromising the feeling of continuity. The mobile of filament bulbs, highlighted by the black wall, also draws attention.

CASACOR Ceará 2016. Family Room - Ellen Benevides, Beatriz Miranda, Almir Campos and Paula Campos. All the glamour of the mansion's main room is revived in the project, which features wooden floors and a ceiling with faithfully restored carvings. The column clock and the famous painting of the Baron are family heirlooms incorporated into the space. The elegant discretion of the project is guaranteed by the straight lines of the iron and wood furniture.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Estar do Jardim - Bebel Niemeyer and Maria Pia Marcondes Ferraz. The dining room has a Seax table, by Jean Marie Massaud for Dedon, accompanied by chairs by Toan Nguyen and Massaud, with Tânia Bulhões objects. The living room also features signature furniture, such as the Rayn sofa by Phillipe Starck. The coffee table is a project by Bebel and Maria Pia with the artist Viannita Barcelos, who works with tiles and created the exclusive design. The pattern matches the cushions, with fabrics from Ipanema Kravet.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Living with Dinner and Swimming Pool - Graziela Costa, Kívia Costa, Zuleica Lombardi and Érika Steckelberg (CSL Arquitetura). Ideal for socializing, the space provides an interference-free view and features pieces such as the Soane sofa, whose curved design provides interactivity. The textured rugs and intimate light make the environment even more welcoming.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2016. Being at Home - Lisiane Wendel Corrêa and Simone Bertuzzo. The brightness and raw tones characteristic of the Scandinavian style enter the scene. The wall behind the sofa is decorated with six 137x140cm suede canvases. The marble floor is partially covered by overlapping kilim rugs.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Integrated Living - Isadora Capobiango. The starting point was to define three integrated spaces, tuned to a calm atmosphere, which takes on shades of gray, beige and brown. It is made to be discovered gradually, with its L-shaped geometry, and features the Saarinen table accompanied by a curved sofa. Above this set, notice the wooden detail in the ceiling.

CASACOR Bahia 2016. Being Intimate - Flávia Foguel, Cristiana Reis and Milena Sá. Wooden panels and mirrors covered on the walls envelop the space, along with vinyl wallpaper. At the top, shelves display the collection of photographs. The space also has a multipurpose marble countertop, which can hold small meals or serve as a support for objects. The original flooring was maintained, but the overlay of carpets brought an even more special touch.

CASACOR Pernembuco 2016. Intimate Living Room - Luis Dubeux and João Vasconcelos. Minimum elements with maximum comfort. With this premise, the duo invested in the selection of objects and art books, displayed on the bookshelf with 30 lacquer niches designed by the duo. Special care was also taken to preserve the parquet floor, protected by an extensive carpet, among other details that tell the story of the mansion.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Central Room - Patrícia Hermany. The mineral cold does not take away the feeling of coziness in the room covered with Petra Minas marble. In shades of brown and ice, it came from the Barbacena region. The neutral aloe fiber rug softens the effect and welcomes the furniture that combines Italian pieces and Brazilian design, by Casual and Etel Carmona.

CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Living Room - Alexandre Dal Fabbro. The four beams and the staircase in the space were incorporated into the project, which explores volumes and spatiality. The architect designed a multifunctional piece of furniture in the shape of a box, which serves as a sideboard, library, bar, fireplace and laptop stand - and the layout was highlighted by the lighting. A large sofa by Montenapoleone with fabric by Entreposto follows the scale of the space.

CASACOR Paraná 2016. Intimate Family Living - Carla Grüdtner. With no doors or marked divisions, the 38.45 m² space is fluid and at the same time welcoming, with a leather sofa and armchair, as well as walls and ceiling covered in slatted wood. The rug by artist Henning Kunow, in shades of silver and pink pantone, was created especially for the show and does not completely hide the beauty of the floor. The central piece of furniture that divides the space was designed by the architect, finished in melamine and grigio Armani marble.

CASACOR Paraná 2016. Being with Adega - Maria Alice Crippa and Gustavo Assis. The space features rustic furniture, leather armchairs and Italian Moss Wall covering, a natural green wall that absorbs local humidity. The 22 m² also has other details, such as the old animal salt trough, made of Imbuia wood, found on a farm in São João do Triunfo. Persian Fendi marble is the raw material for the box that surrounds the space and houses objects.

CASACOR Paraná 2016. Living with Terrace - Viviane Loyola. Several environments coexist in these 150 m², such as the hall, living room, TV room and balcony with SPA. The living room has comfortable and generous furniture, such as chaises and linen sofas - a fabric that also envelops the room in the curtains. The hazelnut wooden bookcase was designed by the office and has a limestone fireplace in the center.

The trump card in the project is the graphic appeal of the architectural elements and the simplicity of the lines, whether on the ceiling with a slatted effect or on the wooden panel in the background, framed by the lighting.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2016. Living Room in the Winter Garden - Johnny Thomsen and Paula Schwartz. The duo brings a contemporary interpretation of the old spaces of the houses of Rio Grande do Sul. They combine elements typical of mountain cabins - such as furs and wooden slats that go from floor to ceiling - with Scandinavian and Italian design. Highlights include the Delgada armchairs, by Lattoog for Casiere, and the lacquered buffet with glass-covered doors by Tokglass. Another trend is present in the washed green tone of the Illinois sofa.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2016. Couple's Living Room - Rejane Dubeux. The couple deserves a place just for them to relax. The ceiling creates an immediate feeling of comfort, and the natural wood slats are accompanied by the stripes of the two-tone rug, which covers part of the stone floor. To add a celebratory air, the small golden tables by Golden Touch, designed by the architect, come into play.

CASACOR Paraná 2016. Estar Social - Karla Bender, Filipe Bender, Marilia Bender, Larissa Inoue and Caetano Nigro. Amidst the neutral tones, the highlight is the presence of textured MDF, as well as the geometricity of the lighting plafonds, designed by the office. There is also space for industrial elements, such as electrostatic painting sheets that imitate corten steel.

The 1950s are revisited in original furniture and in the fluid presence of acrylics and crystals, which evoke the desire for modernity of that time. The sofa invites relaxation without giving up the shine of the gold cushions. To top it off, the Carrara marble slab is backlit and transformed into a work of art.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2016. Family Living Room - Ana Paula Cascão. Under the light of the central light fixture, the collection of Japanese Imari porcelain from the 18th and 19th centuries stands out. The presence of works of art, photographs and objects takes on even more meaning in this room that preserves its history in the stucco ceiling and parquet floor. Above it, rests an elegant Persian rug and the mix of contemporary furniture with 19th century furniture.

CASACOR Paraíba 2016. Intimate Living – Carmem Lúcia Lins and Silvana Chaves. The wood on the floor and the clean texture of the masonry create a simple atmosphere that puts coexistence in the foreground. For this reason, the loose furniture was arranged in a circle, with the Benjamin armchair by Sérgio Rodrigues in the center.

With minimal interference in the original structure of the room, the architect added contemporary elements to the classic architecture, such as blinds and furniture. Indirect lighting emphasizes the nobility of the space, highlighting objects of sentimental value and the selection of works by Brazilian artists, such as Maurício Coutinho, Rian Fontenele, Tulio Paracampos, Leonilson, Gabriel Wickbold and Florian Raiss.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Reception Room - Erick Figueira de Melo. The house already has a living room, but in this 65 m² space without divisions, the idea is for everyone to be together and mixed. Playing a game, having a drink, eating something quick, chatting and listening to music are some of the possibilities in the space, which starts with the Square sofa, from Arquivo Contemporâneo, measuring 4.80 m in length. Another detail is the L-shaped screen, which transforms the space without major interventions.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2016. Estar Las Piedras - Rosane Hinnah Dulinski, Débora Marquardt, Aline Hessel and Claudia Litvin. The large space covered in Eccostone sets the tone for the 45m² space, which also pays homage to natural materials in the presence of wood in the York Oak laminate on the floor and in the MDF Hazelnut panels on the ceiling. The selection of loose furniture ranges from Zanini de Zanine to Marcel Wanders, creating an eclectic environment that also includes ethnic and Uruguayan references.
