CASACOR Paraná 2019. Young Family Residential Office - Flávia Mattar. The designer was inspired by Garcia Lorca's poem, “Verde que te quer verde”, to explore various shades of color in this 36 m² refuge. Light wood trellises frame the large bookcase. The loose 19th century furniture came from Arnaldo Danemberg's antique shop.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Minas Workpod - José Lourenço. The space was designed as the governor's mobile office, which can be set up anywhere. The organic format reinforces the connection with the nature that surrounds it. Light is filtered through the marble brise-soleils in the large window, drawing the wood-effect vinyl floor. Cozy on the inside and industrial on the outside - and the intention is for the steel container to oxidize and acquire the marks of time.

CASACOR Paraná 2019. Home Office of Businesswoman - Taciana Nakalski. Designed for female entrepreneurs, the 36 m² space combines functionality, comfort and technology. With the voice, the sound and lighting system is activated. White Paraná marble shares the stage with smooth and slatted wood. The project highlights women's production, such as the Linee shelves designed by Taciana Nakalski herself, the armchair by designer Rejane Carvalho Leite, sculptures by artist Lisi Wendel and photos by visual artist Sila Lima.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Garden Office - Marina Diniz and Paula Guimarães. A home office in the backyard. The container was coated on the outside with a resistant and easy-to-apply eco-granite. The soapstone makes its way across the lawn to the space punctuated by nautical rope armchairs and poufs and Formica side tables, for informal meetings or just relaxing. Inside, the furniture design stands out, with pieces by Sérgio Rodrigues, Jorge Zalzupin and Jader Almeida. The 22 paintings by Alessandra Rehder form a kind of window.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2019. Casal's Home Office - Quadriarq. A space to work and, at the same time, relax and connect with nature, in a proposal that affirms biophilic design. In these 18 m², the impression is of being in the attic of your home, with comfort and chosen pieces. Among them, the Flow table, created by the office, occupies a prominent place. The Ângela chair is by Aristeu Pires. In lighting, pieces designed by Jader Almeida, such as Penn and Memory.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Aurora Terrace - BC Arquitetos. The Aurora Terrace describes the delicacy of contemporary poetry in 130 m². An imposing portico leads visitors to the interior completely in pink, where they are faced with a subtle but extremely elegant décor.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2019. Tri Suave Lavatory - Marilia Zimmermman. The starting point came from the architecture of the historic building, with its sequential arched balconies, mentioned in the mirrors in the room. Another inspiration came from the favorite colors of the year, which star in the space. The lighting plays the role of bringing movement and depth. Note the floor with small porcelain pieces in six shades, from the JoyMz collection, designed by the architect.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2019. Brazilian Room - Caroline Kreling. The space celebrates national design and its heritage, offering visitors a recent panorama. It brings together iconic pieces such as the Bola de Latão armchairs by Lina Bo Bardi, alongside more contemporary creations. Among them, the Elle overhead sideboard by Jader Almeida, composing with the painting by Paulo Pasta; and the Nada se Leva sideboard, together with the painting by Xandalú. In the center, a table by Estúdio Bola. Characteristic materials of Brazil are valued, such as Pau Ferro wood, brass and natural straw.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2019. Art Room - Renato Melo. Anita Malfatti, Tarsila do Amaral, Victor Brecheret, Di Cavalcanti, Burle Marx, Iberê Camargo, Alfredo Ceschiatti, Carybé, Alfredo Volpi, Tomie Ohtake. The list of great names represented by their works in this space is extensive, showing how an art lover displays his collection. The illuminated bookcase has colorful niches and shelves from the line developed by stylist Isabela Capeto. The Lev sofa, by Studio América, and the Sly lamp, by Ronald Sasson, reveal that careful attention is also given to the choice of objects.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. Art Gallery - Cássio Moraes. The steel frame construction quickly, cleanly and sustainably filled the empty lot. Cement panels covered the ceiling and walls, with neutral colors that create a space for reading and meetings for the collector. In this purposefully discreet setting, the gaze is diverted to what really matters in the gallery: the works of art. In this case, pieces by Arter Atelier and furniture by Sergio Rodrigues, Jader Almeida and Pedro Useche. The photo-art and painting series are by Ana Isméria and Maysa Pettes.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2019. Studio Slim - Daniel Wilges. The monochromatic scheme surprises in the 50 m² studio, with velvety textured walls. The concise and linear design, as well as the transparency of the glass, softens the presence of the professional's characteristic materials: burnt cement, rocks and natural wood on the floor.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. CASACOR Arena - Alexandre Carvalho and Jéssica Martins. The São Paulo-based architect duo debuts with this 470 m² space, with a 20 m² entrance, 290 m² of arena for lectures and 160 m² of garden, designed to facilitate the flow of people and connections between them. Lina Bo Bardi's Glass House was an important source of inspiration, with large openings that bring in greenery and views of the city. The modern furniture is composed of Brazilian pieces, including the orange MP-97 armchair and the black and white MP-61, by Percifal Lafer.

The inspiration comes from the great international bookstores of this genre, where the works are everywhere: on the shelves and shelves that take advantage of the height of the ceiling, but also on the tables and benches. Paintings, sculptures and other works of art contribute to this cultural and intimate atmosphere.

To ensure that the works take center stage, an environment that combines intimacy and minimalism. “We created an almost transparent ambiance,” says Marcia. The furniture and fabrics are white or in light shades of gray. Some of the furniture is new and others are recreated from old pieces. All of the works were provided by Cássia Bomeny Galeria.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. Cosmopolitan Escape - Italla Monti and Solana Marianelli. From sensorial to high-tech, several concepts come together in a living room that is ideal for relaxing and gathering people. The cosmopolitan tone comes from the contrast between materials, such as wood, burnt cement, stones and metallic finishes. The furniture selection is meticulous and includes the Hug sofa by Solana Marianelli and the Mush glass coffee tables by Jader Almeida. The artworks are curated by Lara Brotas, from Galeria Matias Brotas, and feature works by Antonio Bokel, Yuri Seródio and Rosana Paste.

CASACOR Bahia 2019. Collector's Loft – TRPC Arquitetos. A loft full of art and affection based on the premise that everyone collects memories and experiences. With simple architectural gestures, everything was designed to combine privacy and integration of spaces. The careful curation presents crafts from different parts of the world and works of art by national and international artists, creating a harmonious and elegant composition. The original Frei Egídio chair, designed by Lina Bo Bardi, and the marble table designed by the architects create a bold composition between the original design and the renowned pieces.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Estúdio Trigo - Renato Mendonça. Inspired by the figure of a young and independent chef, the space seeks to bring a feeling of welcome and comfort. In contrast to high-tech, the architect debuts by rescuing ancestral processes for the design of the 48m2 studio, using natural materials such as charred wood, rough gneiss stone and burnt clay on the floor.

The vigor and energy of plants influence design and architecture to transform the environment into a landscape. Shades of green reinforce the palette of natural tones, while leather and velvet in the upholstery accentuate the coziness.

CASACOR Paraná 2019. Loft on Life - Maria Alice Crippa and Gustavo Assis. With 80 m², the space is divided into three different areas that follow the premise of using few elements, valuing simplicity and nature. The suite is framed by the box covered in Tauari wood. The trellis delimits spaces, without blocking the passage of light.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Leila Bittencourt - Loft Coral #Co.living. Good design, color and humor, in this space to hang out. With an open plan and furniture that can be grouped in different ways, this room could be in a single-family home, multi-family home or co-living. Another detail is the way the architect took advantage of and redefined original elements of the building, such as beams and pipes.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Finitura House - Deborah Pinheiro. The starting point was to enhance the original features of the house designed by Oscar Niemayer. The existing concrete structure was reinterpreted with contemporary materials that reference modernism, such as the cement floor and wall coverings. Wood also covers most of the surfaces, while touches of aquamarine green add lightness to the details in the 307 m² space.

CASACOR Peru 2019. Loft de los chicos - Luisa Anticona, Margarita Bracamonte and Marcia Lenz. The urban and colonial contrasts of the Peruvian Amazon are given a light and fresh interpretation, which highlights the natural elements of this rich territory. The palette is calm and neutral, composed of graphite, white and beige, with touches of natural green and a beautiful tile on the floor that demarcates the kitchen. In addition to this, the loft designed for the young couple combines a work space with a social and relaxation area, as well as a generous terrace.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Atelier de Morar - Denise Barretto. Highlighting the connection with art, the 130 m² space flows through a spatial mosaic of wood textures. On the walls, the material appears in its natural form and on the floor in light oak. The ceramic and terracotta colors, side by side with various shades of stone, the contemporary design and the works of art continue the flow proposed for the Atelier.

Designed for gastronomic preparations and tastings, the 91 m² space features a large table in the center, overlapping with the gourmet island. The wood makes the space more welcoming and warm, as does the Brazilian furniture from the 1950s and 1960s.
