Property in Barra da Tijuca, Rio, which belongs to children's fashion designer and TV presenter Vivi Guimarães, is designed by architect Paola Ribeiro

A youthful ambiance, like the owner, but timeless, with integrated spaces that allow sharing intimate moments with family and friends. This was the main desire of children's fashion designer and TV presenter Vivian Guimarães when she invited Paola Ribeiro to renovate her apartment – a four-bedroom, 180-square-meter property located in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
But the biggest change was the integration of the living room with the balcony . The space gained a little corner for sitting with lots of greenery and a gourmet area with a support island and a wood-clad kitchen, as well as a comfortable swing right in the middle of the balcony, which made both Vivi and her daughter Júlia happy.
In the private area of the house, Paola created even more cozy environments. This is the case in the master bedroom, which has a wooden headboard and a gray half-wall, as well as delicate touches in the décor. "The apartment is young, light and sunny, just like her," says Paola Ribeiro.
Interior designer Paola is well-known to CASACOR fans. She has participated in the Rio franchise for no less than 24 years, in addition to six in São Paulo. And there's another edition coming up, since Paola is confirmed to be at the next CASACOR Rio , which will take place from March 2 to April 25, in an iconic mansion located in the Jardim Botânico neighborhood . The designer has decorated the property's main bedroom – where the former residents actually slept – with an all-white décor that promises to impress visitors. As she always does, by the way...
