The Public WC shows what the toilet of the first Brazilian Indian to live in Europe would have been like

Lydia Siqueira's Public Toilet , at CASA COR Bahia 2015 , was designed in homage to the first indigenous woman to live in Europe, Catarina Paraguaçu. The professional imagined what the Indian woman's toilet would look like during her stay in France, around 1530. The furniture is reminiscent of in the European style of the time, with exquisite carvings and rich finishing work. The use of frescoes, signed by the Bahian artist Paulla Bomfim, highlights Catarina's passion for her people and her devotion to Christianity.
