With natural and sober tones, Mariana dos Santos, who created the environment, created a differentiated space without excesses

The Public Lavatory , a space designed by Mariana dos Santos for CASACOR Brasília 2017 , mixes textures and colors to create an innovative and elegant atmosphere. With 16 m², the space is divided into two cabinets, but without giving up the integration between them.
For the finishing touches, the professional opted for raw materials: the perimeter walls were covered in concrete and the floor and totems that support the Gray Stone sinks are covered in burnt cement. In contrast, the curved wall of the washbasin received a delicate and geometric wallpaper.
The wooden ceiling stands out from the walls, with an illuminated cove that enhances the neutral and sober tones of the space. Natural elements, such as small arrangements of leaves and a branch hanging on the wall opposite the washbasins, complete the atmosphere.
