Lifestyles inspire Renault Garages projects at CASACOR 2017

In their three-year partnership, CASACOR and Renault have been presenting a new way of understanding a home's garage at all of their shows in Brazil: a living space that incorporates the resident's lifestyle. The star of the 2017 projects is the Captur, an elegant and versatile SUV that adapts to different styles.

The simple architecture of the Renault Art Garage at CASACOR Minas Gerais highlights the striking, fluid lines of the new Renault Captur. Architect Nara Cunha created a sophisticated space with personality and strong references to art and design. The colorful palette of the space enhances the bold design of the white car. The straight lines of the architectural volume, the organic features of the furniture, the purple of the sofa and the green of the walls are the basis for the composition that frames the vehicle. Indirect lighting reflects the sculpted curves on the side and hood. At CASACOR Goiás , the Renault Nomad House is inspired by a more adventurous style. With 85 m², the space is made up of three modules that can be disassembled and transported to another location. Cláudia Zuppani opted for a more cool and youthful aesthetic to compose the project. The architecture, made with metal profiles, walls and ceiling in thermoacoustic material, exalts the technology also used in the Captur, an SUV for those who love comfort and innovation. The stripped-down furniture follows the contemporary and refined style of the vehicle, with emphasis on the version of the Mole armchair, by Sergio Rodrigues, reissued in the form of a sofa. In the external area, the white car composes the project under a red lining and scenic lighting highlighting its elegant design, like a work of art on display.
