Church of Light, in Japan, inspires CASACOR SP 2018 project

With just 16 m², Camila Szuminski and Júlio Cesar Dantès had the challenge of designing the smallest space at CASACOR São Paulo 2018 , without sacrificing comfort and design. The duo designed the Editora Abril Lounge , a corporate environment dedicated to April Group.

Camila and Júlio were inspired by the Church of Light, an award-winning project by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, in Japan, to create the concept for the lounge. The intention was for the space to be used to strengthen existing partnerships and open space for new professionals. exhibit their work.

The concrete covering on the walls reveals different intensities of gray and contrasts with the super functional L-shaped bookcase, which displays a garden of ferns at the top. The certified wood table, guided by the lamp that deconstructs circular shapes, is a highlight. On the windows, roller blinds make the space even more elegant. CASACOR SERVICE SAO PAULO 2018 WHEN?
