Technology and sophistication define the project, which at the same time brings the warmth of a home with comfort and design. Boutique Residence 218 is fully integrated with dedicated spaces for the kitchen, social area, bathroom and master suite. The organic shapes and soft textures set the tone forA Casa Viva , the theme of this year's show, where no corner is obsolete.
Design is the strong point of the project, as are the coverings, which go from the kitchen to the master bathroom, in a light cadence, such as the Chaise Rio by Oscar Niemeyer, the support cart by Lina Bo Bardi, the dining table Tripod designed by Etel Carmona, coffee table by Jean Gillon, parchment table by Isabelle de Mari, Anel chairs by Ricardo Fasanello and lamps by Cristiana Bertolucci.
Art also plays an important role in the space. A large painting by photographer Flávia Junqueira exudes joy for those who enter, as do the colorful watercolors by artist Renata Egreja. The rug in the master suite, designed and made by the artist, is a highlight. Norbert Nicola.
