Executive Studio: a space to work and rest at CASACOR SP

(Renato Navarro)

To create a space for a successful businessman, with an intense routine and a lover of design, architect Érica Salguero designed a 40 m² area integrated with kitchen, living room and bedroom, all decorated with noble coverings and sober colors. “My proposal is to create an environment that raises a simple question: is it a home office studio or a home office studio? Is it possible to have the option of working in comfort and quality at home without the office atmosphere?" asks the professional who, with Estúdio do Econômico , has participated three times in CASACOR São Paulo 2018 .

To answer this question, Érica used functional furniture and sober colors, always seeking comfort: tones of white, gray and brushstrokes of moss green appear on the walls and in the furniture designed by world design icons, such as Antonio Citterio and Sergio Rodrigues. . The oak floor, which integrates the entire space, also warms up and increases the feeling of comfort.

On the walls, a contrast catches the eye: while on one side MDF slats frame the kitchen; on the other, white marble brings sophistication to the living room. Both spaces use indirect lighting, which creates a suitable setting for tasting good wine. The round table with upholstered chairs can be used to welcome friends for dinner or become a home office on a work day.

The transparent ribbed glass partition with black aluminum structure does not completely limit the spaces and brings privacy during moments of rest. The bedside table and linen headboard add a masculine touch to the room. CASACOR SÃO PAULO SERVICE 2018 WHEN? From May 22nd to July 29th
