The furniture creates an eclectic living room, with antique pieces, elements that bring back the glamor of the 1940s and current items, such as the Laos sofa covered in yellow velvet.

With a ceiling height of approximately 5 meters and a span of 12 meters wide, the large space was designed to enhance its palatial proportions. Architect Lisandro Piloni designed the Foyer Bienvenue which, as the name suggests, welcomes the visitor arriving at CASACOR São Paulo 2019 . “The idea behind the space is that of a large lobby of a high-end development, but with touches of boldness and color. I thought of a great mix of modern and Pop Art elements, applied on a completely classic base”, defines the professional. One of the main elements is the boiseries, which stand out in the blue tone and make up a gallery wall full of paintings, photographs and other works of art.

On the walls, the mix of artwork and sculptures contrasts with the classic style present on the walls with boiseries and on the floors. This conversation with the classic, however, takes on another connotation when it meets another style. This is the opulent Hollywood Regency. , inspired by the glamorous homes and properties of actors and actresses from Hollywood's Golden Age.

Black and white was also a key element of Hollywood Regency and was incorporated into this space in the two-tone flooring. It combines two porcelain tiles that alternate the patterns of Nero Marquina and Carrara marble.

Following the route, the idea is to have everyone enter through a large hall covered with carpet and reach the staircase with a red walkway. Soon after, the visitor accesses the other areas of CASACOR SP. The eight pedestals with black marble finish bring a certain irreverence, when supporting the classical busts made with paper folding and modern interventions.
