Oásis Carioca - Claudia Pimenta and Patricia Franco. CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Two balconies are connected to the living room, where you can enjoy the view of Praça Mauá, Guanabara Bay and the Museums of Tomorrow and Art of Rio. It is no coincidence that the space is designed for contemplation. To create this atmosphere, the duo invested in white.

Tree Studio Placas do Brasil - Max Mello. CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. In these 120 m², a coworking space, a casual lounge, a small kitchen and a balcony that opens onto the sea of Ilha do Boi were created. Large openings and the glass roof ensure a visual connection with nature. The beautiful chestnut tree was not only kept but also provides shade and functions as an important axis, with a sofa at its feet.

Gourmet Balcony - Daniela Lopes. CASACOR Bahia 2019. The spectacular view of a garden full of sumptuous greenery and great works of art serves as a frame for Daniela Lopes' Balcony, which includes a gourmet space, bar, TV and a charming reading corner. The linen and freijó shawls present in the production and furniture give a refined and welcoming air to the family environment.

The building's architecture provided inspiration for the project, which was inspired by buildings in resorts around the world. From inside, the view is of the pool that seems to merge with the sea.

The leaf green tone predominates and products with natural textures reintegrate and rescue nature. Highlights include furniture and works of art with regional style, which give even more identity to the project.

VarandAR - Planting Ideas. CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Architects and designers Luciana Pitombo and Felipe Stracci are responsible for a 190m² outdoor balcony, with an emphasis on the element Air. In the space, it will be possible to identify native species in flowerbeds and pots, such as bromeliads, bamboo and some types of xerophytes.

Balcony Movement - Daniela Alves Trovo. CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. The brise-soleil created by the office has a fractional design, permeable to light. At the same time, it generates a unique movement with the play of shadows, with graphics that transform as the hours go by. Internally, the space was covered in wood and had the main wall occupied by the freshness of the vertical garden.

Nosso Recanto - Larissa Dias. CASACOR Brasília 2019. The 128 m² space brings people together and reconnects with nature. Poufs, blankets and pillows in raffia and fibers make up a comfortable living room, where there is also an irresistible hammock area. In it, the hammocks were fixed to wooden logs, supported by the pebble floor.

Varanda do Cais - Carmen Mouro. CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. The natural wood deck is an extension of the house and creates a living space, with sophisticated furniture that would normally occupy indoor spaces. The highlight is the 21 m² vertical garden, full of lush species such as Adam's Rib, snake plants and ferns.

Palm Springs Balcony - Jean de Just. CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Designed by Jean de Just to be a multipurpose space, the Palm Springs Balcony references the architecture of the American city in the 50s and 60s with touches of Brazilianness. The architect was also inspired by the projects of Luis Barragán, from which he brought the slits and the Klein blue wall.

A space to take some time for yourself and enjoy the view, the balcony is a democratic environment, where the decoration brings people closer to nature, valuing natural light and the texture of the plants. Different balcony projects were presented during CASACOR 2019, where the comfort of the materials and compositions awakened feelings of well-being and created a unique atmosphere.
