The project, designed by architects Vanessa Schmidt and Tabata Gesser and interior designer Aristide Pinheiro, from the Blanc Concept Design office, at
Casa Cor Santa Catarina 2015 , covers 100 m² and was divided into three areas: kitchen, living room and bedroom. The Tríade Loft stands out for its mix of styles in a single space and the unification of the spaces through the colors used, which range from pure white to different shades of black and tangerine. Inspired by old industrial-style warehouses in New York, the space has exposed brick walls that give it a rustic look and contrast with contemporary furniture, such as the oval Napoli bathtub by Doka. The lighting features exposed pipes and track lights that create a play of light. To optimize the space, multifunctional furniture was installed, such as the joined chaises that form the double bed, set in the garden of natural plants developed by landscaper Hariet Hexcel.
