At
CASACOR São Paulo 2017 , Paula Neder designed the
Living Room , a space dedicated to the intense use of residents: sitting, reading, listening to music and also working informally, without the intention of being a
home office . To create the expected atmosphere, the professional opted for nude, light and soft tones and very comfortable furniture, creating a welcoming feeling.
On the walls, Paula applied an
ombré technique that creates a gradient between nude on top and
off-white below. The curtain, over the large original window of the Jockey Club, follows the same pattern. All the details of the space were chosen to convey comfort. , soft textures take on this function. The modular sofa creates a flexible and casual environment. The bookcase also follows the same practical and mobile line. The wooden floor is made entirely from sustainable materials and runs up the wall in a geometric pattern. The highlight is the mosaic by Coletivo Muda. Using classic coverings combined with contemporary layout, the group incorporated their already well-known ceramics full of style, but with a challenge: to harmonize them with Paula Neder's sober aesthetic. They They did it with ease and are one of the highlights of the place.
