CASACOR SP: A loft inspired by the palaces of St. Petersburg

A trip through the palaces of St. Petersburg was the initial inspiration for the 110 m2 loft designed by Carolina Mauro, Daniela Frugiuele and Filipe Troncon from Suite Arquitetos at CASACOR São Paulo 2017. The starting point for the Romanov Loft project was a mosaic, conceived from the reinterpretation of prints and flooring, designed by the office and executed with marble scraps. The space is ideal for a contemporary and practical life, without walls or doors, but with privacy.

"The idea was to give volume to the space, transforming a simple cube into architecture and creating spaces with different sensations", explain the professionals. The bathroom is a reflection of this line of work, made entirely with modular structures that house all the functions and have a solution interesting and contemporary aesthetics.

The selection of art gives the final touch to the loft style. In the bedroom, the highlight is the painting by Paulo Climachauska that depicts a house by Rino Levy. The work is from the Projeto Moderno collection and was painted with Indian ink and acrylic paint. On the wall opposite, the composition of paintings Jardim de Belém, by Gabriela Albergaria.
