Tropical and contemporary are the definitions that mark Bia Abreu's garden at CASACOR São Paulo 2017. The landscaper brought species such as ferns, lambaris, asparagus and bridal veil to the Garden of the Glass House and the walls of the Jockey. The space becomes - a place of refuge, surrounded by armchairs, a fireplace and tropical plants, such as philodendrons, medinillas, alocasias and palm trees. In addition, pitangas, açaí palms, and several other citrus plants, such as oranges and tangerines, give a tropical touch to the space. Still thinking about the 'feeling at home' aspect, Bia installed a vegetable garden in the area with many herbs (basil , purple basil, peppers, oregano), and some teas (mint, lemongrass, fennel, sage). Cylinder-shaped vases hold aquatic plants and black stones create the design of the environment. The jabuticaba tree and the chamaedoreas palm trees complete the 'mini-forest', with a highlight being the Laca palm tree with its red trunk that catches our eye.
