CASACOR São Paulo 2017. Alexandre Gedeon and Hugo Schwartz - Studio with Portico. Between 2014 and 2017, CASACOR SP has already saved around 50% of its total electricity costs. Architects Alexandre Gedeon and Hugo Schwartz, from Intown, present their vision of urban lofts in a project that combines comfort and technology at CASACOR São Paulo 2017. In the entrance portico, the atmosphere of large centers shines through in the intervention by visual artist Walter Nomura, known as Tinho, whose theme is precisely the relationship between man and metropolises.

A vertical garden with ferns brings the freshness of vegetation to this loft with an urban feel, where shades of gray predominate. In the kitchen, there is a piece that references graffiti. Next to the table, chairs by The Chair, by Hans Wegner.
