CASACOR São Paulo . With 116 m², the space shows the strength of green in tropical compositions that stand out amidst the gray, that come together to create a welcoming place. Without leaving aside the design and the surprise caused by the brushstrokes in shades of red, in addition to the calming scent of the plants. To guide her choices and create this oasis, the landscaper considered the iron structure of
Casa Grão by Starbucks at Home, by Très Arquitetura . Bia Abreu's garden follows the length of the house and integrates three areas with distinct functions - an entrance square and two intimate patios. In one of them, two swings designed by Lucas Neves were installed in the pergolas. Laca palm trees mingle among Adam's Ribs, Light Moon Philodendrons and Boa Constrictors.
Bia Abreu bet on the relationship between the tropical landscaping and the architecture of the residence. She designed a water mirror that completes the lines and volume of the house, bringing modernist references. On the floor, the terrazzo made an appearance. The vases and Loose stones are intentional, creating a garden that has more mobility and can be resized into other spaces.
The metal box holds the fireplace and makes the space even more welcoming. The piece also has the option of using a lid to serve as a table on milder days. “The idea was to create an environment that brings everyone together around the fire,” he explains. Bia Abreu.
In the living room of the house, the bookcase was designed by Fernanda Tegacini, Fernanda Morais and Nathalia Mouco, founding partners of Très Arquitetura. It functions as a large window that frames Bia Abreu's mini-forest, which invades the space.
