The furniture has an original and personalized design in sapphire blue and metallic tones, which give a masculine, young and elegant air to the space.

Sebrae Crafts Warehouse - Roberta Borsoi. For this space, the architect designed an entire space in wood, to interact with the handicraft pieces on display. The shelves have built-in lighting and the space as a whole has diffused light to enhance the products. A strong colored wallpaper adds depth to the Warehouse.

Sustainable coworking - Adriana Porto and Luciana Neves. The environment is an ecological space. The steel structure used in the construction is 100% recyclable and does not generate waste, and the cooling is done by the pool pump, powered by solar panels. The professionals integrated the trees present in the mansion into their environment and invested in green walls and cobogós for natural ventilation.

Gourmet Sugar Kitchen - Ana Cristina Cunha. The space combines the living room and dining room in a single space. The inspiration for the project was the Pernambuco tradition of sugarcane cultivation and therefore features, right at the entrance, a panel with a woodcut technique signed by Pablo Borges, grandson of the great woodcut artist J. Borges. The furniture is modern and functional in light tones.

In the space, the professionals added to the two neoclassical sculptures, already present in the mansion, a recycled wooden base and a swimming pool created especially for the environment. Entrance Lounge and Ticket Office - Luciana Aguiar. Warm colors and different types of chairs, benches and armchairs welcome visitors to the exhibition. The space combines classic and contemporary elements. A lattice panel in MDF, a purposefully scratched black porcelain floor, a wall in a wood-like porcelain tile pattern and a ceiling with wallpaper that resembles dry tree branches, combined with lighting designed to play with light and shadow, invite visitors to stay and explore the mansion.

The 45 spaces of the 20th edition of CASACOR Pernambuco will once again occupy the historic Graças mansion in the city of Recife, from September 22 to November 12. This year, the show has the theme “Focus on the Essential” and challenged the 82 professionals in the cast to create concise, functional and, of course, beautiful and cozy spaces. The inspiration for the projects was the modern family. Living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms were specially designed to promote coexistence and leisure for their occupants. Gardens and even a swimming pool complete the casual atmosphere of the show.

This year, visitors can also enjoy new features: cafés, bars and restaurants serve the public to provide a complete well-being experience. The 2,678 m² of the listed 19th century mansion are filled with family memories together with the best of design and architecture at CASACOR Pernambuco 2017 !
