Container House - Aldo Cristaldo, Laura Oviedo and Andrea Delmas. Containers were combined to create these spacious spaces, integrated into a single space. The sides were removed and given glass skins to bring in views of the garden. Visually, the spaces connect thanks to the neutral and cozy color palette. The kitchen functions were centralized, with an island and cabinets that reinforce the appeal of the essential.

Golden Bathroom - Marcela Filartiga and Silvia Enciso. Straight lines convey elegance and formality, as well as highlighting the authenticity of the materials, such as marble. Metallic profiles emphasize the design with refinement. Lighting also plays a central role, built into the shelving, behind the mirrors and even at the base of the sinks.

Galeria de los Vientos - Ma. De la Paz Rivarola. The original large windows are valued and provide maximum natural lighting, in addition to giving way to greenery. The curtains bring sophistication, follow the height of the ceiling and can dose the light, in this environment that inspires relaxation and contemplation.

Restaurant - Cesar Aquino, Pedro Cataldo and Andres Careaga. In this exercise in minimalism, the focus was on the use of gray and light wood, refining the lines and functions of the furniture. Generous openings and a glass ceiling integrate the spaces with the outdoor area and are a way to take advantage of natural light.

Facade - Fabiola Britez Fornerón. The cinematic residence is known as “Gone with the Wind”. The grandeur of the architecture was renewed in the project, which enhances the contrast between the sophistication of white and the warmth of the exposed bricks on the sides.

Quincho - Estefania Cepede and Veronica Peralta. An elegant and fully integrated space for relaxation. Spacious and modern, the 100 m2 space is cozy and functional. Designed for passionate gastronomy and entertaining, the idea was to bring refinement to Quincho, escaping from the traditional rustic standards of the environment and emphasizing practicality.

The loose layout, dark tones and brick walls suggest a loft-like atmosphere in this space that values exposed structures and transparency. La escalera Suvinil - Laura Cass Goggin. In this conceptual exercise, the color gradient explores the versatility of the brand's paints. Everything is visible with the glass floor and wall, with lighting. Walls were neutralized with dark tones, and the result takes on a gallery feel.

Sustainable Home - Mauro Remonato, Gabriela Mezquita, Hugo Riveros and Alberto Gross Brown. The waste from the construction work of CASACOR Paraguay was not wasted: it gained new uses in the construction of this house, which reuses wood, stones and other materials.

Amber Collection - Maria Paz Gulino and Edith Debernardi. The dressing room offers a variety of ways to organize clothes and accessories, with varying heights and depths. In addition to the custom cabinetry, the other visual feature that defines the project is the mirrors. They were placed on the ceiling and one of the walls, to create a sense of depth.

Plateria y Cristaleria - Ma. Fe Rodriguez and Mariella Troche. The floating wooden shelves are open, with lines that emphasize the verticality of the space and make the objects the protagonists. The sliding glass door reserves the area for the smaller pieces. Above, the installation inspired by petals is by the artist Ingrid Seall.

Golden Age Dorm - Emma Barrail, Patricia Guillen and Eliana Gundercheimer. Symmetry is one of the characteristics of the classic style, put into practice in shelves, objects, columns and armchairs. The balance is reinforced by the color palette, which explores few variations of beige. The surfaces received special attention, such as the arabesque ceiling and boiseries on the walls.

Gal. Vino y Prosa - Sonia Baez and Amada Alcaraz. Rock star Mick Jagger inspired the project. Leather upholstery is pure intimacy, while the burgundy rug is a not-so-obvious reference to the British flag. In the background, the glass wall brings green and more lightness to the composition.

Baño Dimondis - Carlos Cataldi, Adriana Sborovsky and Chiara Cataldi. The star Marilyn Monroe inspired the space, where the highlight is the metallic tile covering and geometric shapes. Another material that does not go unnoticed are the slabs that imitate Carrara marble, raising the level of the project even further.

Classic Fantasy - Sonia Lacasa and Alexa Trabucco. The tufted upholstery dominates the design, developed in dry pink and off-white. The gold border on the mirror and the crown accentuate the palatial refinement. Soft lighting is essential to ensure tranquility and was located on the panel behind the crib.

Pabellon de Acceso - Carlos Benítez and Claudia Napout. Access to the exhibition impacts visitors by combining contrasting elements from a sensorial and temporal point of view. Wood, with its natural warmth, meets metals, marble and the glass skin that integrates into the garden. Lamp and chair bring the organic appeal desired by the duo, which also highlights the effects of light on the surfaces.

Infante Bathroom - Bethania Carpinelli, Alejandra Barrios and Natalia Carpinelli. Monochromatic, the space reserves its main attraction to the surfaces. The light plays a fundamental role in highlighting the tiles and 3D coverings. This backdrop highlights the wooden furniture, with touches of quartz rose and metallic details.

Daily Dining Room - Cecilia Ayala. The pink and different patterns bring a youthful air to the space, which moves between classic and modern. The chandelier and the table are traditional elements, but are given a new interpretation in glass, crystal and steel. Another contemporary detail is the lighting that highlights one of the walls.

Family Living. The combination of materials is modern and provides comfort, as well as excellent acoustics, for the family to enjoy movies and shows on the couch. Perforated panels run from the wall to the ceiling, in addition to bronze glass and fabrics, defining an intimate space, with indirect light. Among the details, an exotic sea coral, highlighted by the delicate crystal lamp. On the wall, a work of art by Felix Toranzos.

Pavilion of Sculptures. In the Pavilion, the refinement of forms reaches the essential components of architecture: lines and planes. The structure is permeable, with perforated steel plates and laminated profile frames in columns and beams. The rusting is intentional, to highlight the marks and scars of time.

Men's Suite - Maria Ines Barrail, Valerie Barrail and Myriam Zubizarreta. The masculine tone is asserted in the austerity of the lines and in the color palette restricted to gray and black. The wooden floor warms, as do the fabrics and the skin. The lighting steals the show, whether through the lightness of the lamps or the futuristic lines of the mirrored ceiling - it seems to float, just like the walls, thanks to the LED strips.

Distribution Hall. The mix of natural textures and contemporary lines enhances the heart of the home. The suspended artistic installation of floating plaster circles steals the show. On the floor, the parquet floor was respected, as were the house's original beams and moldings. Everything to do with the eccentric family that inspired the space, who enjoyed the company of their two tigers. The tones of the animals' skin even drive the color palette.

Swimming pool. The existing swimming pool has been given a new concept, different uses and several levels. The walkway allows for a visual view of the space, integrates the architectural elements and connects architecture and landscape. The project's identity is strengthened by the metal structures. The pool has also been enhanced with an automation system, for a sensory experience.

HYLINE - Tona Ruggero, Desiree Dumot, Tamara Napout and Bibiana Escanciano. Space is the main raw material of the project, conceived with minimalist technology. The shape of the architectural object is a cube and its structure is clear and simple, emphasizing the essentials of architecture. The result is a limitless area that achieves the fusion between interior and exterior, with light profiles and overlapping skins on the translucent, perforated metal façade.

The space dispenses with visual barriers in the name of integration. Glass is an important resource, even used in the staircase railing. HYLINE - Tona Ruggero, Desiree Dumot, Tamara Napout and Bibiana Escanciano. The architecture is sober and elegant, in addition to integrating several functions - maintaining the autonomy of each of them, such as the work table connected with the surrounding nature. The same tones were used in all materials, and oxidized iron is the protagonist, in the space that favors modern design pieces.

After seven months of work, the first CASACOR Paraguay opens its doors to the public until November 10th. The chosen setting is perfect for a grand opening, in the Arias family mansion, known as the house from “Gone with the Wind” . It is with this glamour that the 43 environments were developed, by a team of 81 professionals from various cities, such as Asunción, Gran Asunción, Ciudad del Este and Encarnación.The main focus is on the contrast between the classic style that defines the residence and the modern interventions that expand the possibilities in each space. On one side, the refinement and traditional air of fine fabrics, tapestries, wood and sober colors; on the other, lots of glass, metallic details in gold, 3D coverings and other innovations. Another valued concept is that of integration, especially between the rooms and the external areas, taking advantage of the greenery and natural light.The lighting effects also steal the show and emphasize the striking lines of several environments. And sustainability is the order of the day, in the various ways of using construction waste, in structures with containers and other resources. With these concepts combined with the proposal to preserve the city's material and immaterial heritage, CASACOR Paraguai already shows a strong identity.
