On the 39th floor of the Órion Building, there is the Grand Visiting Room by Genésio Maranhão, for CASACOR Goiás 2018 . With 75 m², the space immediately catches the eye of visitors with a stunning 180º view of the Goiânia skyline .
The inspiration was the bold decoration of the 1950s and 1960s: oriental rugs, armchairs, generous curtains and a charming tea cart make reference to the rooms made specifically to receive guests in aristocratic houses, which were called the Visiting Room.
The beams of natural light, which bathe every corner of the space, enhance the island-shaped layout, designed to allow circulation in all directions, and contour the furniture, intensifying its lines and contours. For the color palette, Genésio chose to mix neutral tones, for example, gray and moss, with striking colors, such as red and coral.
