The first thing that draws attention to the Tennis Refuge , by CASACOR Espírito Santo 2018 , is its size: it is a 600 m² project, of which 170 m² is built area, designed by architect Cristiane Locatelli. Focusing on sustainability , the professional chose low-impact materials and innovated her construction process. The house is made with metal structures, which allows for faster construction and no waste.
