The first thing that draws attention to the Tennis Refuge , by CASACOR Espírito Santo 2018 , is its size: it is a 600 m² project, of which 170 m² is built area, designed by architect Cristiane Locatelli. Focusing on sustainability , the professional chose low-impact materials and innovated her construction process. To create the space, Cristiane had in mind the ideal home for an athlete, that is, a place that could be a counterpoint to the adrenaline of the courts and the championships. Thanks to the frames, which connect the external and internal areas, natural lighting is abundant. A predominantly light color palette creates the light and relaxed atmosphere necessary for the athlete's rest.

The furniture is contemporary, with details and decorative objects that reflect the personality of the occupant. Cosmopolitan trends are present, such as rooftops , but also the concern for the comfort of natural raw materials and places to spend time with family and friends.
