01/42 -

Renault Living Garage with Garden - Fábio Pinho and Andréa de Pinho. The environment was designed especially for socializing, with a generous living room that occupies a large part of 110 m² and a garden with a koi pond outside. Here, the gourmet environment brings a synthesis of the project language, which focuses on gray on the walls and floor, invests in light wood in the furniture and emphasizes the contrasts in black and white. The Duster Oroch model, from Renault, gains even more prominence under the modern bronze lamp.

02/42 -

Office Business - Daniella Simonassi. Pastel tones and quartz pink bring lightness and renew the concept of an office, which takes on a homely feel. A vertical garden and a mix of textures humanize the space even more, such as the white brick on the wall, the carpeted floor and velvety chairs, which contrast with the lacquered table. To finish, copper-toned details on the baseboard, ornaments and pendant light.

03/42 -

Living room - Zilda Helal. The 51.22 m² space seems much larger, thanks to the bronze mirror that reflects it. Every detail was chosen with comfort in mind, such as the 100% Brazilian designer furniture and the all-wood panels. Italian chandeliers in white quartz add sophistication. Art also has a prominent place in the collection of works by Eduardo Sued, Paulo Whitaker, Manfredo de Souzanetto and Ana Paula Castro, drawings by Paulo Vivacqua and a series of engravings by Vilar from Espírito Santo.

04/42 -

Jewelry - José Elias Mussi and Luciana Mara Mussi. The strength of women meets the rusticity of mining in the concept of the 35 m² space. A concrete box covered in gold ACM houses a lace ceramic lounge - it's as if the visitor is inside a jewelry box. The stone background of the displays is bent to show that rigid materials can be malleable, such as jewelry metals.

05/42 -

Apartment's Daughter's Suite - Ana de Angelo. An 18-year-old girl would feel at ease in this room, which combines everything from the warmth of the wood present in the floor and furniture to the lightness of the glass, used in niches and partitions that ensure integration with the bathroom. The strokes of color are fundamental, with emphasis on the exclusive panel.

42-design-store-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-environments
06/42 -

Design Store - Amanda Abranches. The architect is also a set designer and created a box of surprises. The space is dominated by the color black on the ceiling, walls and exposed hardware. Exposed bricks reinforce the industrial style. Copper balances the composition, as do the lacquered niches. Everything to enhance every detail of the design pieces developed especially for CASA COR ES.

08---PRIVATE-ROOM-_-GABRIELA-DALL'ORT-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
07/42 -

Private Room - Gabriella Dall'Ort. Neutral tones warm up the composition based on the color white. The project's trump card is the graphic appeal of the architectural elements and the simplicity of the lines, whether on the slatted ceiling or on the wooden panel in the background, framed by the lighting.

08/42 -

Engineering Student's Bedroom - Nicole Guiote Dalvi Rangel. The functionality characteristic of engineers was essential to make the most of the 9.60 m² of the bedroom and the 4.20 m² of the balcony, which was turned into a reading room. Carpentry was key to creating spaces such as the suspended bed with a high-gloss lacquer finish, which allowed for a shoe rack to be placed below.

03---ENTRY-LOUNGE-AND-TICK OFFICE-_-ALEXANDRE-CARDIM-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-environments
09/42 -

Tickets & Entrance Lounge - Alexandre Cardim. The space is organized on two levels, creating two environments that are a meeting point for visitors. The floor is the same in both: a Spanish porcelain tile that resembles burnt cement. On the walls and ceiling, the texture is Italian, complemented by black cement bricks. The style is industrial, but there is space for plants distributed on suspended mats made of corten steel. The paintings are by artists Andre Crespo and Yoshihiko Tsutsumi.

06---LUNCH-ROOM-AND-WASHROOM-_-ALESSANDRA-GUIDONI-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-environments
10/42 -

Dining Room and Washroom - Alessandra Guidoni. Measuring 24.85 m², the Dining Room is a welcoming space that is integrated with the other areas of the house. The decopanel covering, the well-crafted woodwork and an onyx counter give the space a modern and welcoming tone.

07---KITCHEN-_-XIMENE-VILLAR-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-rooms
11/42 -

Kitchen - Ximene Villar. Gold is the trend that literally shines in the space. It is mentioned in the bronze mirrors that visually expand the space and mainly in the geometric details - they refer to Art Deco and even to the Egyptian style designs. The designs are even more valued in contrast with the color black, present in most of the furniture and in the Nero Marquina marble on the table top.

26-mountain-house1-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-environments
12/42 -

Mountain House - Cyane Zoboli. Comfort defines the project, which focuses on gastronomy and the pleasure of entertaining friends. Everything is developed around the kitchen, which occupies the center of the 130 m² house. It has a huge countertop in White Paraná granite, where the support for meals is fitted. The living room is a natural continuation and gathers guests in generous upholstery.

09---INTIMO-HALL-_-CARLA-FREIRE-_-JACQUELINE-BARROS-_-KELLY-CHRIST-_-LIVIA-PSCHERA-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
13/42 -

Intimate Hall - Carla Freire, Kelly Christ, Jacqueline Barros, Lívia Pschera. Exotic plants add a touch of color and invite nature into this passageway to the bedrooms, which can be used as a living room or home office. Indirect lighting creates dim lighting and inspires relaxation. In some areas, metallic bronze brightens up the decor in furniture and design objects.

12---EXECUTIVE-MEETING---ROMINA-PASSOS-_-FABRICIA-NUNES-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-environments
14/42 -

Executive Meeting - Romina Passos. The idea is to serve an executive who travels a lot for work and needs a place inside the hotel for meetings and business activities. Occupying an area of 20 m², the office offers the comfort of armchairs in an informal reading space. The metallic trend is well represented, in a discreet way, in the leather Formica panel, in brushed bronze Formica details and in the metallic lacquer that make up the carpentry. On the ceiling, the Bat pendants are by Tom Dixon.

11---DAUGHTER'S-SUITE--house-color-espirito-santo-2016-rooms
15/42 -

Daughter's Suite - Eliana Ahnert. Classic patterns have been given a modern twist on the wallpaper - which also covers the closet - and especially on the panel surrounding the bed, with its laser-cut application in a golden tone. Practically all the other elements come in white or discreet variations of beige, investing in rounded shapes that inspire comfort and femininity.

13---FUNCTIONAL-BATHROOM-FEMININE-_-BRUNA-FERES-_-THAIS-BALDI-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-environments
16/42 -

Functional Women's Lavatory - Bruna Feres and Thaís Baldi. The project reveals two sides of women. One of them is delicacy, expressed in the flower pattern on the wall, in the metals and gold finishes. Strength inspires the black fixtures and the two-tone geometric floor.

17/42 -

Apartment Living Room - Junior Torezani and Victor Sarcinelli. The space includes a TV, living and dining room, as well as a guest bathroom. The highlights are the shades of gray, which even wash the fabrics of the furniture, and the play with textures such as quartzite, wood and wallpaper that surround the space. Here, colors are added in a specific way, as in the Vermelha armchair by the Campana Brothers. In the dining room, separated by a metallic screen, the Bailarina table is designed by Leo Romano.

18/42 -

Study Space & Architect's Bathroom - Gabriela Greppe, Luciane Veiga and Raquel Mello. Surrounded by references and objects related to the sea, the space was designed for an oceanographer who loves adventures. At the entrance to the study area, a private mini gallery displays works that honor the theme - and notice the ceiling dyed a deep blue.

(Divulgação)
21---COUPLE'S-SUITE-_-MARIAH-CARDOSO-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-rooms
19/42 -

Couple's Suite - Mariah Cardoso. Wood and natural stones are the main raw materials and convey the importance of what is essential, dispensing with excess and technology in favor of intimacy. The tactile appeal of the space continues in the fabrics and wallpapers, which embrace this space that welcomes the mix of contemporary design pieces and old family furniture.

25---CONTEMPORARY-LOFT-_-SERGIO-CAUS-home-cor-espirito-santo-2016-ambiences
20/42 -

Contemporary Loft - Sérgio Caus. The well-designed joinery is the starting point of the space designed for a couple of doctors. Applications of mirrors and ACM enhance the pivoting partitions in the kitchen, which gains even more refinement with the gold finishes.

26---ARTIST'S-REFUGE-_-CARMINHA-RIBEIRO-_-RODRIGO-DUTRA-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
21/42 -

Artist's Refuge - Carminha Ribeiro and Rodrigo Dutra. Art naturally enters everyday life in this space, where abstract paintings, sculptures and pieces that reference the Holy Spirit are on display. The contemplation space is made comfortable by rugs with natural textures and tiled floors, as in houses in Espírito Santo.

(Divulgação)
28---BEACH-HOUSE-_-LETICIA-FINAMORE-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
22/42 -

Beach House - Letícia Finamore. The house is for a young couple passionate about sun, beaches and nature. For a simple and casual look, the architect defined an integrated plan and adopted light colors that illuminate the space, where the tone of burnt cement also predominates on the floor. Some walls were heated with bricks, and washed freijó wood appears occasionally in the furniture. Other natural textures that complement each other are linen, straw on the ceiling and rustic travetine marble on the kitchen countertop.

15-boudoir-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-environments
23/42 -

Boudoir - Otavio de Castro. Aimed at creative and urban women, it breaks the expectations of the typical classic in environments of this type. In these 17 m², it is the turn of wood and corten steel, accompanying the bold greenery in some points. Retro design furniture is a bold touch, in addition to the cutouts that draw lighting graphics.

29---SOLARIUM,-by-Kassio-Fontoura-and-Marcela-Grasselli-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
24/42 -

Solarium - Kassio Fontoura and Marcela Grasselli. The original large wired glass skylight was the starting point for the 192 m² space. New elements were incorporated, but the sensation of natural light entering the building was preserved. Panels with lattices ensure integration with the deck and nature, while revealing the careful selection of objects, designed for a couple who appreciate art.

30---URBAN-HOUSE-_-SERGIO-PALMEIRA-house-color-spirit-holy-2016-environments
25/42 -

Urban House - Carol Anderson, Helena Batista and Sérgio Palmeira. The living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom are integrated into this 120 m² studio. It was inspired by a modern couple who appreciate art and classic touches in their furniture. Gray dominates the flooring of the house, which features coverings such as white pearls, a brushed quartzite. In contrast, a rare jacaranda veneer with striking veins acts as the lining of the panels.

31---CONCEPT-STORE-HOUSE-COLOR-_-CAROL-DAROS-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
26/42 -

CASA COR Concept Store - Carol Daros. The space is organized like a timeline. In the first volume, the gallery presents art objects created for the exhibition; in the background, all white, the golden pendant is a symbol of CASA COR's 30th anniversary celebration; in the background, the translucent crystal quartz counter reinforces the glamour. The wooden carpet flooring brings a sense of unity between all the spaces. The award-winning Mia chair by Jader Almeida stands out.

32---OFFICE-_-CARMINHA-RIBEIRO-_-ALBERTO-HACKBART-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
27/42 -

Office - Carminha Ribeiro and Alberto Hackbart. Simplicity is an ally of functionality in the space, which dispenses with excess. This does not prevent the use of striking elements, such as the wooden portico invaded by ferns and the lighting cutouts that convey continuity between the wall and ceiling, also in wood.

Jewelry - José Elias Mussi and Luciana Mara Mussi. The strength of women meets the rusticity of mining in the concept of the 35 m² space. 36---RESTAURANT--SERGIO-PAULO-RABELLO-house-color-spirit-santo-2016-environments
30/42 -

Restaurant - Sérgio Paulo Rabello. The pasta restaurant has a contemporary twist, inspired by its seafront location. That's why the racing canoe, called a skiff, suspended in the space makes sense. Its raw material, wood, inspires an intimate roof that delimits another area. The fabric-covered walls, the floor and even the upholstery of the chairs have been neutralized and feature an elegant burnt cement tone.

37---LOUNGE-GOURMET-_-CRISTINA-CORTES-house-color-espirito-santo-2016-environments
31/42 -

Gourmet Lounge - Cristina Côrtes. Architect Cristina Côrtes guided the group of students Matheus Stange, Matheus Laureth, Murilo Corteletti and Daniely Miranda in designing the 124 m² space, with two floors. This is the upper one, where 20 guests are welcomed in comfort and can enjoy a view of Camburi beach. Highlight is the set of pendants, which transform the lighting into a work of art.

38---COCKTAIL-LOUNGE-BAR-_-GERALDO-LINO-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
32/42 -

Cocktail Lounge Bar - Geraldo Lino. The preference for loose furniture is clear: the idea is that the furniture can be used in different situations and allows for new layouts for different moments. Another notable choice is the refreshing color palette, such as turquoise, which stands out against the wood and other materials with an intimate appeal.

33/42 -

Café com Jardim - Ana Forattini, Elisa Mello, Jacqueline Barros and Paulo Morandi. The 1950s are a time of references such as the desire for speed and the races of wayward youth. Wheels, helmets, leather jackets and a motorcycle on display reveal the concept that was intended to be imprinted on the 140 m² space, which resembles an elegant - and unconventional - mechanic's workshop. The materials used reinforce this narrative, such as the worn appearance of the corten steel, the retro style of the floor and metal sheets.

Gourmet Balcony & Pool - Giovani Chisté. Around the fireplace or in the sophisticated gourmet space, socializing is the great pleasure inspired by the project. Surfaces with a worn appearance, such as the corten steel back panel, interact with elegant elements, such as the illustrious crystal. The presence of landscaping is also striking, adding color to the spaces and making them even more welcoming.

41---COMPADRE-SHOP-_-RONALDO-BARBOSA-house-color-holy-spirit-2016-environments
36/42 -

Loja do Compadre - Ronaldo Barbosa. The contemporary Casa do Compadre, located in a corner of the Pedra Azul region, comes to life in this CASA COR space, with the same characteristics that made it famous in the mountains of Espírito Santo. Here it was built in pine wood and painted with PVA paint, creating a space that contextualizes local design pieces and objects.

Pub - Eluzai da Rós and Marcela Gabetto. The high ceilings and abundant natural light of the former hotel bar were the starting point for the project, which brings an industrial atmosphere to the 83 m² space. Bricks and burnt cement make up the coverings, while the carpentry uses oak and black ash MDF. The setting is home to the metalon pieces designed by the duo and the bar, whose 6 meters are covered in translucent iceberg quartz.

40/42 -

Lunch room, kitchen and laundry room of the apartment - Aparecida Lamari. In just over 26 m², the architect integrates three spaces and works on accessible ideas. Continuity is guaranteed by the uniformity of the floor - a large format porcelain tile - and the use of neutral colors. Some highlights warm up, in panels or in chocolate-colored paint. The side of the gourmet island gains personality with the steel plate and oxidized effect.

Eyewear Store - Kika Guzzo. The symmetry is pleasing to the eye in this space, which, despite being only 35 m², gives the impression of depth with the use of horizontal lines. The lighting combined with the light-colored woodwork is essential to create points of attention in the niches that reveal new releases. Other display units vary the way they display the pieces, in furniture of different heights with stainless steel bases.

Visitors have 42 reasons to celebrate at this CASACOR Espírito Santo . This, after all, is the number of rooms spread over 4120 m² , in the famous Hotel Canto do Sol , designed by architect Paulo Casé. The space relives its glory days by hosting the largest and most complete architecture, decoration and landscaping event in the Americas, remembering the times when it hosted celebrities and many celebrations. A perfect party atmosphere to reflect CASACOR 's theme this year, “Celebrating the house” . The house as a space to celebrate life inspired the 52 participating professionals . But no inaccessible and grandiose projects. On the contrary. It's time for compact spaces and attention to cost-benefit, evident in the sustainable materials and in the very design without excess of each project. Straight lines affirm the desire for functionality and maximum use of areas, with inspiring joinery ideas. Natural textures are also on the rise and gaining status, like stones and bricks. Brazilian design is another guest of honor - furniture from the 1950s by designer José Zanine Caldas was reissued and is on display at the event. And do you know which colors are trending? Strong tones like cobalt blue, wine and fendi. There are several other details, but it's up to you to unveil them little by little in the image gallery. CASACOR SERVICE Espírito Santo 2016 WHEN?
