CASACOR São Paulo 2017. Marina Linhares - Beach House. White and shades of blue bring a touch of the sea and summer, in perfect harmony with the natural tones of the wood and straw. Cane furniture, like that used in the English colonies in the Caribbean, was designed by Armando Cerello. To complete the coastal atmosphere, there is nothing better than a swimming pool right in front of the living room.(Reproduction/)

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2017. Solarium & Swimming Pool - Daniela Avancini and Henrique Gasparini. Sustainability is top of mind in the environment, which has a loft installed in a container integrated with the gourmet area, a deck and a swimming pool overlooking Porto. The construction is characterized by being versatile, being dismantled and reassembled easily.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2017. Deck Bru Tramontina - Camila Pigatto, Fernanda Sá and Laura Tavares. The multipurpose space inspired by the young blogger's lifestyle is designed for entertaining friends. The pool with a plastic wood deck - the same material as the lining - is next to the living area. The layout is free to be configured in new ways, with a modular sofa in natural wood from Tramontina. The bookshelf with an iron structure and colorful niches makes the space even more casual.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2017. Rooftop - Fernando Thunm. Stone, water and wood are the main elements in the three spaces. One of them is the lounge on the deck, protected by wooden sunshades. There you can watch the fire burning on the stone base, illuminating the jabuticaba tree that is the centerpiece of the space. The pool covered with porcelain tiles that reproduce concrete tones is one of the new features.

CASACOR Pernambuco 207. Pool Deck - Fred Mota and Renata Berenguer. In the space, the professionals added a recycled wood base and a pool specially designed for the space to the two neoclassical sculptures already present in the mansion. The modern furniture, in tones ranging from light to yellow and turquoise, together with the lighting design by landscaper Luciano Lacerda, create a unique, relaxing and tropical atmosphere.

CASACOR Minas Gerais. Estação Lazer - Gislene Lopes. The play of light and shadows makes the outdoor area with gourmet space even more pleasant. The blue sofa guarantees relaxation, as do the water jets that come out of the deck into the pool. In fact, above the pool, a delightful daybed was fixed to the pergola.

CASACOR Bahia 2017. Piscina do Jardim - Fernando Rocha and Marcos Malamut. The space pays homage to the artist Eliana Kertész with an open-air art gallery, featuring important works by contemporary artists from Bahia. Large decks and living spaces in the water and a lush tropical garden were used.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2017. Pool Garden - Karyne Lima and Guiherme Portugal. One of the project's differences is the different levels created by the swimming pools, with hydromassage and infinity edge. To frame the indoor pool and create a relaxing space, the professionals chose tropical vegetation.

CASACOR Franca 2017. Espaço Quatro Elementos - Ângela Dorascenzi, Mônica Costa, Estela Martins and Yuri Miranda. The leisure area brings the simplicity of natural elements applied with sophistication and comfort. The lap pool, with infinity edge, makes the space inviting for hot days, and the stone fireplace is the ideal choice for cold weather. The reforested wood deck and the draining floor make the environment more sustainable. The landscaping prioritizes native species and highlights fruit trees, such as the Surinam cherry and the Jabuticaba tree.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2017. Miami Inspiration Loft - Sergio Palmeira. In 140 m², the professional explored the main characteristics of the luxurious apartments in Miami: large spaces with extensive balconies and sophistication. The space also has an infinity pool and deck. But the main highlights are the staircase, masterfully installed in the middle of the loft, and the Zózimo Armchair, made of brass and designed by Ronald Sasson.

Having a swimming pool has never been so accessible in Brazil, in addition to masonry models, prefabricated ones have become popular on the market in recent decades. Fiber and vinyl pools have a lower cost, in addition to being easier to install and maintain compared to conventional ones. However, because they were made from molds, the market did not offer much variety of models and designs, which displeased architects, decorators and landscapers.
