Adriana Helu, Carolina Oliveira and Marina Torre Lobo celebrate ten years of career with a 115 m² retreat at CASACOR São Paulo 2018 , designed to tell the story of the Triplex Arquitetura office. The country house has a bathroom, bedroom, living room and a balcony with gourmet kitchen, a perfect place to recharge your batteries.
The professionals prioritized sustainable materials that allowed a connection with nature. The lining made of hand-woven natural fiber is the highlight of the project, alongside the bookshelf filled with plants that separates the living room and bedroom. The production of the piece was done by account of landscaper Daniel Nunes and of course, the stars are the plants, a variety of herbs such as lemon balm, ivy and rosemary. He is also responsible for the landscaping of the entire space, which received clean pots – without ornaments, in terracotta color and with timeless design. The predominant species are ornamental grass and Australian rosemary.
Perfectly integrated with nature, Casa Raízes was gifted with an araucaria tree that already existed in the space. The species is known for capturing positive energy and was the starting point for the project concept. The tree was surrounded by a dining table made of logs. of wood.
The trio invests in the tranquility and harmony of the environment, which is reflected in the design and architecture. Casa Raízes is the perfect space for connecting with yourself and, above all, with nature. Between natural light and fresh air, which enter through the pivoting wooden panels and the gaps in the bathroom covering, the simplicity of details makes resting here even more pleasant.
To complete the rustic style with contemporary touches, the bathroom ceiling and walls were covered with wooden branches. Indigenous pieces demonstrate the Brazilian nature of the project, in addition to the national design that appears in the bench by Gustavo Bittencourt and the pair of armchairs by designer Sergio Rodrigues.
The entire environment follows a palette of natural tones, ranging from earthy to green. The choice of colors, the brightness of the space and the materials that cover it create an atmosphere of well-being, comfort and relaxation – one of those places that we enter and don't want to leave.
