Project presents demountable construction, with four independent volumes, autonomous in electrical energy and with low consumption of drinking water

fotógrafo André Pinheiro3 baixa In addition, the construction features detachable modules with four independent volumes. “The goal is to bring to the show a compact residence with multiple uses for each of the spaces. These can be disassembled and assembled as the family grows, or reduced in size. Always combined with design strategies, materials and sustainable solutions that contribute to a drastic reduction in the carbon footprint,” highlights Luiz Henrique Ferreira, director of Inovatech Engenharia. fotógrafo André Pinheiro5 baixa To ensure thermal comfort for users, a ventilated façade system was chosen, supplied by Eliane Revestimentos . This solution creates an air cushion between the structure of the house and the exterior finish, promoting thermal, acoustic and energy performance. In addition, it reduces humidity levels in indoor environments, as it prevents direct contact of rainwater with the structure of the building, and allows internal humidity to escape more easily from inside the environments to the outside of the building. A green roof was also installed for the same purpose. fotógrafo André Pinheiro24baixa Other solutions presented include the use of photovoltaic panels to generate electricity; a meteorological system installed for irrigation and use of rainwater without the use of pumps; and automation for household appliances, which will operate in real time. To use rainwater, a system was implemented that follows the concept of modularity and adaptability of construction to the different phases of the user's life. There are 97-liter modules that can be interconnected in a “plug and play” system, as the need for non-potable water increases or decreases over the years. The landscaping project, by Daniela Sedo, used tropical species with an emphasis on native plants; a panel with vegetables and edible flowers; a hanging garden with slabs covered in vegetation, to reduce the interior temperature; and automatic irrigation with a soil moisture and rain sensor in the garden.
