Gustavo Jansen explores a mix of French and Brazilian pieces, which evoke the atmosphere of the 1960s and 70s and enchant with the resulting harmonious set!

The Terraço Bar at CASA COR São Paulo 2016 caught the attention of visitors, not only because it was a functional space, perfect for meeting friends, having a good chat and enjoying a refined selection of drinks. The space had a retro atmosphere, conditioned by elements of Brazilian character that were added to a mix of cultures from other countries, such as France and Africa. 
French pieces, such as those from Maison Jansen, harmonize with items from important names such as Joaquim Tenreiro, Jorge Zalszupin and Jean Gillon. Everything is covered in fabrics designed by the duo Gregório Kramer and Attílio Baschera, with prints of foliage, bananas and toile de jouy from São Paulo buildings. 
The color scheme and Afro-indigenous references in the objects and some furniture bring a Brazilian aesthetic, as does the wallpaper, which refers to indigenous basketwork, and the golden light fixture in the shape of palms.
