A Casa da Gente - Marina Linhares. The starting point was a small house that already existed on the site and which indicated the path to simplicity. With her always respectful look at what already exists and with the concern not to erase history but to readapt it, Marina developed a project that values the simplicity of the lines and the sophistication of the excellent design. The choice of coverings and the curation of objects are the main differences of this house, which was designed to be an invitation to socializing.

Bia Abreu - Lounge Garden. The Lounge Garden harmoniously contrasts geometric shapes with the organic freedom found in natural gardens. The project invites you to contemplate the various shades of green and textures found in Brazilian flora. Sophisticated finishes, such as small bricks, cover green pebbles. Water and Italian ceramics contrast with the wooden pergola and cement vases. The cool and functional furniture complements the spaces near the fireplaces, torches and the cozy stone patio, giving the space a meeting atmosphere.

Orlane Santos - Boulevard Women's Bathroom. Faithful to the Brazilian theme, architect Orlane Santos pays homage to her hometown, Manaus, with references to the Rubber Cycle, when the city gained the Teatro Amazonas, designed by the Portuguese Engineering and Architecture Office of Lisbon. The details of the architecture of the time stand out amidst the technological resources, which guaranteed the transformation and expansion of the small 26m² space. The Boulevard Women's Bathroom reproduces the richness of the theater's colors: gold and burnt pink, which still help to conceptualize the space exclusively for women. The tones clearly represent the Teatro Amazonas, composing its beauty recognized to this day.

Pedro Lázaro, Gabinete de Leitura. The initial inspiration comes from the contrasts of baroque philosophy and the antitheses of human nature, which instantly motivated modern Brazilian architecture and influences us to this day. A multifunctional space, which enables daily coexistence with some of the greatest pleasures of the user (literature, art and design), allowing individual contemplation and use, as well as receiving in a more intimate way those who also share the same ideals.

Mauricio Arruda – CASA COR Store. Mauricio Arruda was inspired by indigenous basketwork, which resulted in a very geometric design made with Durafloor laminate flooring planks in two wooden patterns installed on the floor, wall and ceiling. The store has 80m² and only handicrafts or products produced with 100% Brazilian labor will be sold there.

Gallery Hall - Layde Tuono. The architect designed the Gallery Hall, which allows her to "dare" with the concept. As a "passage" space, the professional gave up furniture, which allowed greater creative freedom. The space promises to surprise visitors with unique and unique pieces.

Julio Cesar Dantès – Bookstore. The chic style of Minas Gerais interior designer Julio César Dantés is the highlight of the CASA COR 2015 Bookstore and is present throughout the space, both in the furniture and in the pieces, which reference different eras of Brazil and our culture. To design his project, Dantés started from the concept of "Brazil that Brazil does not know". In his vision, we are a determined, generous and sometimes ruthless country, a true "organized chaos". To convey this idea harmoniously, the designer invested in neutral tones of gray and beige and in the colors brown and black. The walls and ceiling were covered in jute-textured paper, ensuring the unity of the space. This was so that he could then show his characteristic irreverence through the furniture and objects.

Paulo Gazola - Aroma e Flor Space. The professional proposed a 40m² space as if it were an old garage, where all the walls are structured in black and white, which reinforces the rusticity of the place. Another point to highlight is the genuinely Brazilian furniture, which brings comfort and makes the space more pleasant, along with the aromas.

Gabriela Rocha Andrade - Deca Bathroom. A functional public bathroom measuring approximately 16m², the focus is on Deca fixtures and fittings, with an emphasis on water-saving devices. When thinking about the concept of the project, Gabriela decided to “play” with geometry and to do so, she structured the design of the space using polygonal elements such as triangles, squares, hexagons, among others, which were the basis for choosing the materials.

Lourenço Gimenes, Fernando Forte and Rodrigo Marcondes Ferraz (FGMF) - Modular Marquee. The architectural firm FGMF Arquitetos accepted the challenge of designing the institutional area of the event, a space that includes the entrance to CASA COR, its reception areas, cloakroom, ticket office, concierge and press room. This is the first time that there will be an eminently architectural/structural installation to mark the entrance, in addition to the environments that are normally displayed in the exhibition spaces. The firm's proposal for the institutional area was to adopt a very synthetic line, composed practically of simple and modular construction elements. There is almost no furniture in the space that configures a formal environment, except inside the press room and in the seats at the ticket office.

Cyrela Team - Departure Lounge. Cyrela will be bringing an international Pininfarina gallery, the first of its kind in Brazil, with design pieces developed by the Italian firm. Recognized for its solidity and dedication to detail, last year Cyrela began a series of projects signed by big names in world design. The aim is to bring to Brazil the most modern architecture and design, in addition to continuing Cyrela's tradition of innovation. In this first project, the developer tropicalized Pininfarina's style, bringing touches of Brazilianness to the Italian way of creating. The result is surprisingly deductive.

Roberto Migotto, Espaço Brasil de Pau a Pique. The architect designed a 300 m2 area with very Brazilian coverings and pieces, including pau a pique walls, proving that it is possible to have them with elegance in a luxurious environment. The star of the space, pointed out by the architect himself, is the rug designed by the office with toucan prints and produced in Nepal.

Julio Takano – Bhan Shop. In this space, architects and decorators have access to the most luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchens and coverings. The project and business model developed by Julio Takano emerged from an anthropological study on the purchasing power and influence of modern women from the “Triple A” social classes.

Eduardo Bessa and Claudia Alioni (Cactus Arquitetura) – Balcony and Bathroom. Brazilianness was the main inspiration for the professionals who sought to revive the origins of the Brazilian balcony, with the aim of welcoming friends and family in a beautiful and cozy environment. One characteristic of the space is the mix of materials with different styles, which in the end provide balance and harmony. During the construction, there was a mix of elements that remind us of Brazil, and in the decoration, priority was given to objects and furniture by Brazilian designers from the 1920s to the 1970s, as well as tapestries and works of art.

José A. Henrique - Studio Zeh - Boulangerie. A modern emporium, with simple features, which make reference to the old warehouses in the interior. This is the concept of Boulangerie - Dona Déola. To create it, the architect was inspired by the warehouse (or “sale”, as they used to say), as a meeting point for a “chatter” and a place to have a “pot of coffee”. Traces of architecture and interior decoration are supported by this. The 92 m² space was created to welcome visitors to the event with comfort and “excite” the simplicity, this type of souvenir. The references are everywhere, in details, colors, textures and materials.

Haroldo de Barros Rodrigues and Frederico Morán – CASACOR Restaurant. For the first time, the restaurant will be located at the top of the Jockey grandstands, in one of the most beautiful and emblematic landscapes in the city. With 412m², the space will be a modern and sophisticated environment, designed so that the customer can feel at ease, not only to eat, but also to chat or have a meeting. The architects chose classic and contemporary elements that coexist in balanced and delicate harmony, enhancing and stimulating the senses.

Guto Requena – Stella Artoir Interactive Bar. The Stella Artois Bar seeks to reveal the place’s own memory, remnants of previous editions of CASA COR and the events that took place there. Thus, the walls and floor bear marks of this history with scraps of wallpaper, holes, exposed pipes, unfinished coverings and the marks of time. The curation of furniture, objects and prototypes by Guto Requena suggests a lesson in contemporary Brazilian design, mixing iconic pieces by renowned names, as well as works by new generation artists and pieces by Guto Requena, who is exhibiting for the first time the original prototype of his first product created in 2007, the Joly Tables.

Gustavo Jansen - Bar do Relógio. The name is an allusion to the original function of this charming little art deco building, which seems to have been “born” with a talent for being surrounded by people and movement, with its long shape and rectangular courtyard. This trend is certainly confirmed by its strategic location in the center of a large, tree-lined square, surrounded by the imposing buildings of the Jockey Club of São Paulo. On this basis, the ambiance - notably retro - mixes warm colors in a macro print of curved shapes from the 1970s, with original furniture by important Brazilian designers from the mid-20th century, such as Giuseppe Scapinelli, Dinucci, Sergio Rodrigues, Joaquim Tenreiro, Zanine Caldas, among others.

Luciane Galera and Fernanda Campiolo - Alameda do Encontro. In a 138m² space, the architects created Alameda dos Encontros, which combines the comfort of an indoor environment with the beauty and coziness of the outdoors, reserving spaces for a good gathering among friends. The use of contemporary colors such as earth and sand draw attention to the space, which is sophisticated and comfortable.

Marcelo Faisal – Dilma's Garden. Inspired by Dinda's famous garden, Dilma's Garden, also named JARDIM DOS SERTÕES or JARDIM SEMIÁRIDO by the landscaper, carries a social, political and economic critique. This project emerged as a critique of the water and economic crisis currently being experienced in the country. It is a 100% sustainable garden, with reused wood and other materials, without any soil waterproofing, with plant species that require little water and low maintenance, and is completely functional.

Fernanda Pereira de Almeida - Jardim das Sensações. With the aim of creating a completely sensorial space, with elements that allow new experiences to be experienced through smells and touches, landscaper Fernanda Almeida created the Jardim das Sensações, which will include the external area of Casa Container. It is a highly sustainable garden, without the use of technological devices, which conveys simplicity and well-being. To compose the novelty and guarantee perception through smell, the landscaper combined aromatic plants such as rosemary, basil, peppers with lavender and the use of Ipomeia Rubra. Furthermore, several plants complement the naturalness of the place, such as Beaucarneas, Viburnum, Phormiuns and a new addition to the market: Moreia Variegata.

Gil Cioni and Olegário Sá, Tree House. A rustic atmosphere sets the tone for this beach or mountain cabin. The idea is to use sustainable materials alongside pieces with contemporary design, as well as Brazilian artworks -- to highlight the Brazilian theme of this year's show. The architects fully integrated the space with the outdoor area, creating a balcony around the trees that already existed in this space.

Cornélia Von Ammon - Tropical Lounge. The concept of the space is inspired by Brazilian colors, highlighting the use of blue, a trend at the Milan Fair. Another point explored by the professional was the use of materials with sustainable responsibility, Cornélia also emphasized the use of modern furniture. Another highlight is the LED lighting used both in the flowerbeds in front of the building/stores, and in the pots on the balconies, with predominantly tropical vegetation.

Chris Pierro – Jardim das Casas. Landscaper Chris Pierro was inspired by tropical species to create this green haven. Visitors’ senses will be stimulated by tropical species with rich foliage and unique textures. A garden composed of different species that create an oasis of lush greenery, natural shapes and volumes. On the way to the houses, green nooks and crannies on all sides are marked by vegetation where the highlight is the diversity and tropicality of the plant species chosen for the project.

Rodrigo Kolton and Beto Nonzon (RK Arquitetura & Design) - Collector's Hall. This is a space that embraces Brazilianness through one of its coverings (Brazilian granite White Galaxy), but also focuses on a mix of neoclassical and contemporary styles, as well as the revival of art deco, a style that characterizes the building of the Jockey Club of São Paulo, listed as a historical heritage site.

Osvaldo Tenório - Apartamento Brasil. The architect's idea is to propose a discourse on the home with a Brazilian perspective. Under the professional's style and personality, references and contrasts emerge from recycling and rusticity, which dialogue with the preciosity of design, art and finishing. Under this perspective, an original, human and comfortable environment emerges. Unpretentious and elegant, the environment presents a mix of references. Sleepers format the interior architecture through boxes that house the entrance hall and the wine cellar. Italian furniture integrates with other precious examples of Brazilian furniture from the 20th century, designed by Zanine Caldas, Oscar Niemayer and Sergio Rodrigues. Velvets mix with curtains made of coffee bags, while gloss lacquer contrasts with unpainted walls and rustic leather shares the scene with linens and velvets.

In the 55m² gourmet lounge, Graciela designed an intimate environment, entitled A Cozinha dos Meus Sonhos, which highlights the practicality of a highly equipped and modern gourmet area, but with lots of warmth in the details, a perfect place to welcome friends and family. A trademark of the professional, who prioritizes comfort and aesthetics to achieve maximum well-being, Graciela Piñero brought together concepts such as humanization, technology and functionality in her project.

Collector's Cellar - Fabio Basani and Túlio Xenofonte. It is 60 m² and, in addition to the wine cellar and laundry room, there is a garden and an access staircase. The concept is the universe of the male collector, who, in addition to his favorite wines, enjoys part of his art collection in the same space. To achieve this, the professionals developed a carpentry work that encompasses the entire space, integrating cellars with living room and laundry room.

Alto de Pinheiros Apartment 067 Hermann Jr - Cilene Monteiro Lupi. Built in record time – 216 hours –, the space, decorated by Cilene Monteiro Lupi, gave visitors the complete sensation of being inside a real apartment. It even featured a panoramic simulation of the view from the property's balcony: based on innovative technological resources, it was possible to reproduce real images of sunrise and sunset, showing the wooded surroundings and the landscape of the place where the building will be constructed. With a truly privileged view, if São Paulo had a beach, it would have the status of a “seafront” development.

Family Space - Francisco Calio. The environment combines a living room, gourmet space and balcony, and was entirely designed for a family. The highlight of the project was the DuPont™ Corian® surface that was used to create the gourmet island and the dining table. The distinguishing feature of the exquisite work are the three molded niches on the bench. In this space, the bench has the table attached, in straight lines, with asymmetrical volume and different heights. The interior design used the color Cirrus White, from the Private Collection line, as it has a fluid, visual texture and presents two shades of white.

Casa B&B - Leo Shehtman. The house's 255 m² were inspired by the phrase by the great Architect Mies Van der Rohe, that LESS IS MORE, Léo valued the environment with little, but what was necessary to convey a lot of sophistication and good taste. With a masculine atmosphere, due to only sober colors, such as black, white and gray, the B&B house also carries a lot of geometry and stands out for its materials, such as wood and marble.

Marquise Deca - Guilherme Mattos. In an 800m2 space, the architect presents a project with wide spaces and modern design, a trademark of his office that always highlights the architectural aspect of the spaces. With this in mind, the professional created a space that surrounds a central column. To separate each room, provide practicality and create a sense of continuity, the architect developed continuous furniture that goes around the space, passing through the laundry room, bathroom, closet, bedroom and living room.

Mountain Refuge - Fabio Morozini. The concept of this space is a place to relax, escape the madness of big cities... nothing modern, with the use of natural materials. A place to forget about time, cook for friends, laugh, feel the warmth of the fireplace, relax on the big sofas, enjoy good wine. The furniture was handpicked, as was the lighting specially designed to reflect the large wooden roofs. Highlight is the selection of works of art in the space, chosen over a month from gallery owners.

Casa Container - Daniel Kalil and Karinna Buchalla. If on the outside, the container was kept characterized, on the inside, elegance and comfort dictated the rules. The 170 m² structure was made up of four 40-foot modules and one 20-foot module. The larger containers housed eight rooms: kitchen, dining room, living room with TV room, gallery, couple's bedroom, son's room, daughter's room and bathroom. In the smaller module, there are leisure areas, including a mini spa and a wooden deck with a swimming pool. For thermal and acoustic insulation, pet wool was used. The lighting was made entirely using LED, reducing energy consumption.

Mini Studio 1 - Carol Elkis. To create the studio, which includes a living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, the professional was inspired by small apartments in the USA and Europe from the 1950s and 1960s. The space also features graffiti by the artist from Pernambuco, Derlon Almeida.

Renault Garage - Camila Klein. The architect thought of a space that would be suitable for both a residence located in a large metropolis and a country house. Thinking about taking advantage of natural light and integrating with the outside, the architect designed a trellised roof. The space received the Renault Fluence, a car with a bold design that matches the entire space. And to complete the décor, a piano that plays via Wi-Fi. The Haras do Espelho D'Água - Ana Maria Vieira Santos. With almost 550 m², this space combines a gourmet kitchen, bar, bathroom, living room and a patio for caring for horses. “Our idea is to create a water mirror with an island, from where the owner can watch the horses”, explains architect Fernanda Carnelossi, from the Ana Maria Vieira Santos team. In addition to her, professionals Juliana Miyahara and Bruna Oliveira help decorate this space. A gallery with trophies completes the decoration of the space.

Adriana Giacometti - Boutique Cinema. In this 40 m² space, architect Adriana Giacometti brought the concept of “simple chic”. This is because the space has a refined aesthetic sense while being functional. The highlight was the residential cinema, designed by TAAG. Since this year’s theme is Brazilianness, Adriana also resorted to genuinely Brazilian design, using four chairs and a table by master Joaquim Tenreiro, provided by the Espaço Cardeal art gallery.

Amanda Damha, Toilette. The unisex bathroom at this year's show was designed by interior designer Amanda Damha. The color palette includes earthy tones, ranging from red to brown. “Since this year's theme is Brazilianness, I was inspired by the golden age of coffee in the country. That's why I included gold metals in the decoration of the space,” says the designer. The highlight of the 50 m² space was the porcelain mosaic, which imitates metal. The walls were decorated with pictures of New York by artist Soraya Pastor. Portobello, Rl Construct, Saccaro, Puntoluce, Deca, Jardim Terrarios São Paulo, Jk Revestimentos, Uniflex, Unificato, Garimpo de Arte, Vallvé, Wk paisagismo, Criação em Cadeira and Vidro Art provided the materials for the composition of the Toilette.

Patricia Martinez, Lagom. Playing with the expectations of visitors to CASA COR SÃO PAULO 2015 is one of the proposals by architect Patricia Martinez in the Lagom environment, which means exact quantity. “From the outside, it looks like an old house, but inside, it’s a modern space,” explains the professional, who opted for glass interior cladding. The 70 m² house is made up of blocks, loose rooms that can be organized in a variety of ways. “We want to propose an architectural mobility solution, creating a multifunctional and changing space,” she says. The concern with the rational use of energy and water is also present in the project. Using a system of mirrors and prisms, the natural lighting model by Solatube was the architect’s choice. The technology allows sunlight to reach normally poorly lit areas of a house, such as bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and closets. Brazilianness, the central theme of CASA COR this year, is represented in Patricia Martinez’s project through bamboo applications. “It’s a proposal for contemporary Brazil. We used bamboo, a material abundant in the country, for example, in the lowered ceiling and flooring,” he explains. Augusto Moreno closets, Blindex, Neobambu, Vibia Engenharia and Valcucine are some of the partners in the execution of the project.

Andrea Teixeira and Fernanda Negrelli, Living Sublime. This living room combines neutral colors, natural finishes and polished American oak woodwork. The 70 m² space highlights the Brazilian style in the pieces created by the professionals, such as the coffee table, sideboard and copper wall lights. Works of art adorn the space, including works by Sônia Ebling, Gomide, Vik Muniz, Sergio Fingermann and Fernanda Naman.

Bruno Gap, Biblioteca de Estar. The architect was tasked with filling the 35 m2 of space at CASA COR SÃO PAULO with books, creating a large library. To reach the space, visitors will have to pass through a narrow corridor with a low ceiling, lined with mirrors. “When entering the library, people will be surprised by the 3.5m ceiling height”, says Gap. Earthy tones, from the lightest to the darkest, form the color palette of coverings and furniture. The low lighting and Largrill's alcohol fireplace contribute to a cozy and intimate atmosphere. “It’s a living room with an attached library, or vice versa, where residents can relax, read a book and listen to music”, he explains. La Lampe, Breton Actual, Estar Móveis and Amorim Cortinas are some of Bruno Gap's partners in designing the space.

"To fulfill the mission, together with Casa Cor, I revived the concept of Calçada Viva in a contemporary reinterpretation, gathered ideas to search for possible spaces for coexistence in the green in dense urban centers like São Paulo and opportunities for urban amenities, and also chose strategic partners who developed integrated solutions in technology and green infrastructure", explains architect Benedito Abbud. In addition to all the lush greenery, the project has innovative solutions, materials and construction systems that facilitate drainage and water reuse in cities. Myrna Porcaro, Living Brazilian in Miami. The loft designed by the architect from Minas Gerais, at the invitation of the real estate agency In Miami Properties, has 97 m² and was named “Living Brazilian in Miami”. This is because Myrna mixes elements of the lifestyle of the North American city with genuinely Brazilian products, such as works of art, crafts and materials from Brazil in the finishing of the pieces and fabrics. “The idea is to create a fusion between the two cultures and lifestyles”, explains the architect. The project’s partners include Artefacto, Botteh, Safira Seda and Passado Composto.

Érica Salgueiro, Espaço Gourmet De' Longhi. With 80 m², this space is, in essence, a reinterpretation of Italian cafés. Esther Giobbi, Casa 11. The mix of colors, textures and bronze furniture marks Casa 11, designed by Esther Giobbi. The idea was to create a compact house for residents who travel and enjoy art. Furniture and fabrics from renowned American brand Holly Hunt adorn the space, alongside pieces brought from India by the interior designer. With sustainability in mind, the floor and ceiling were made from ecological pine.

Fernando Piva, Cosmopolitan Loft. Sophistication and comfort are not always linked to large spaces. This is what the interior designer intends to prove in his space. “I want to surprise visitors by presenting a small but comfortable, elegant and sophisticated space”, explains Piva. The idea is for the space to combine neutral tones, such as beige, gray and brown in 90 m². The Brazilian theme appears through decorative pieces and works by Brazilian artists and companies. Flavia Gerab Tayar, Living Room of the Brazilian Collector. The space tells the story of modern furniture in Brazil, starting in the 1950s. The space features furniture by great legends of national design such as Joaquim Tenreiro, Sergio Rodrigues, Carlos Hauner and Martin Eisler, Gregori Ilych Warchavchik and Oscar Niemeyer. The idea is also to highlight the new Brazilian design represented by Estúdio Nada se Leva by André Bastos and Guilherme Leite.

Patricia Hagobian, Lounge do Banho. It may look like just a bathroom, but it is a 70 m2 space with great pieces of Brazilian and international design. Beto Gálvez and Nórea de Vitto, Couple's Intimate Room. A modern and sophisticated couple was the inspiration for the duo who created a striking and bold space. With a palette that permeates between gray, black, blue and gold, the space presents a mix between contemporary and vintage. Highlights include the Italian chandelier from the 70s, pieces of genuine Brazilian design represented by master Oscar Niemeyer, as well as wallpaper with a metallic print.

Gilberto Elkis, Jardim do Bosque. The first big revelation at CASA COR was the change in the reception area. This year, visitors enter through the Bosque – an environment designed by landscaper Gilberto Elkis. It has 800 m2 of tropical species chosen to evoke Brazilianness – the theme of this year’s exhibition. Under the lake with fish, the path has orthogonal shapes that lead the visitor into the forest and then to the rest of the exhibition.

Guilherme Torres, Todeschini Gallery. The space of Todeschini, a leading brand in custom-designed homes, was brought to life by the architect Guilherme Torres from Paraná. The 400m² area draws attention with its dominant black and white tones and creates a cosmopolitan, playful and contemporary atmosphere that harks back to the golden age of the Jockey Club building, when it was created as a venue for parties for São Paulo's high society.

João Jadão and Juliana Freitas, H2O Project. The project by the landscape architect duo is already an award-winner. This is because the professionals will present a version of a project selected for the Ponte de Lima International Garden Festival in Portugal. “We made this square a reinterpretation of this winning project,” the professionals explain. The outdoor area has 821 m² of conceptual and playful garden, with the main purpose of raising awareness among visitors about the importance of using water responsibly. “We want to raise awareness about rational use. The idea is to talk about water without using it,” they add. To this end, the space has plants with low water requirements, such as dracaenas and brown-necked palms, as well as intelligent automated irrigation. Draining floors by Braston, a portico and pergola by Serralheria Gatai, plants by Oficina das Palmeiras and Tropical Center Plantas, and a projector by Epson also make up the space.

Leo Romano, Club Leo. The architect from Goiás already has experience in Casa Cor. The idea behind this space was to create an original and poetic language. On the ceiling, two thousand meters of string were meticulously tied to 1000 hooks; the idea of the strings was to create the visual effect of a "little house".

Mayara Clá and Natasha Haddad, Ateliê do Enxoval. A 38 m² studio that emphasizes the integration of spaces is the project of this duo of architects from the MN Arquitetura e Interiores office. “This project follows a market trend, since apartments of this type are increasingly popular,” explain the professionals, who are participating in CASA COR SÃO PAULO 2015 for the first time. Neutral tones, recyclable furniture and coverings predominate in the space, such as the cardboard armchairs by 100't. Poufs by renowned Brazilian designer Sérgio J. Matos, a finalist for the Prêmio Objeto Brasileiro 2010, translate the concept of Brazilianness of the show. Deca, L'oeil, Serta Store, Luhome, Dpot, By Kamy, Ben Fatto Móveis e Photoarts Gallery, Level Acabamentos and Tramontina Design Collection, both provided by Bhan, are some of the partners in the project.

Dado Castello Branco, Casa Flamboyant. A relaxed living space to welcome family and friends with views of the greenery. This is the idea behind Casa Flamboyant, measuring 85 m², designed by architect Dado Castello Branco. In the internal area of the house, highlights include the dressing table designed by Jorge Zalszupin in the 1950s, launched by Etel Interiores, and the collection of works of art, including those by Vik Muniz. The use of glass was a way to enhance the wonderful landscape and natural lighting.

Paola Ribeiro, Collector's Suite. The interior designer from Rio knows how to create wall arrangements and make unusual painting combinations like few others. Roberto Riscala, Collector's Balcony. Imagine that a foreigner has just moved to Brazil? It was for this character that landscaper Roberto Riscala designed this garden. The idea is that the space reflects the country's fauna and flora through the eyes of this character who is passionate about plants. There is a bicycle on the balcony as Riscala imagines that this foreigner is a cyclist -- who goes out looking for plants. A flowing fireplace is also in the space. The floor is anti-thermal. The stones on the walls are onyx, from Thailand.

Gustavo Paschoalim and Paulo Azevedo - Studio GPPA, Chalé Urbano. In the 60 m² space there is a mix of lounge and bathroom, with a contemporary line with some overlapping midcentury references, which make up an interesting bossa and add personality to the space. The mix of metallic tones such as copper, silver and gold recalls the many colors explored and applied in the 70s. Right at the entrance, the concrete slat facade stands out, with a large portico in volcano black stone, illuminated with LED. The lounge appears as a space that combines metallic tones, present not only in the furniture but also in various coverings such as the metallic wallpaper with micro prints, applied in the middle of the walls. The bathrooms, which are located behind the fireplace wall, follow the same language as the lounge. The volcano black stone of the entrance porch and fireplace wall was also applied to the half wall of the bathrooms. The doors are fitted with boiserie with mirrors that enlarge and ennoble the space. Both crockery and metal have features to ensure water savings.

Acqua que te quero Acqua - Brunete Fraccaroli. The 300 m² space was designed for a chef. The color Acqua Fraccaroli, by Silestone, was used in the space and is the newest creation of the partnership between the company and the architect. The product is a surface that can be applied to kitchen and bathroom countertops, walls and floors of indoor areas and is highly resistant to stains, impacts and scratches, in addition to low liquid absorption. It also has a bacteriostatic property, which prevents the proliferation of fungi and bacteria, without harming health.
