The Corporate Meetings space, designed by Margareth Ziolla Menezes Arquitetura, at Casa Cor Paraná 2015 , is a 60 m² space designed especially for the work of entities linked to architecture such as AsBEA-PR (Brazilian Association of Architecture Offices of Paraná), CAU -PR (Council of Architects and Urban Planners of Paraná), Abap (Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies), IAB (Brazilian Institute of Architects), Sindarq-PR (Union of Architects and Urban Planners in the State of Paraná).
The project is functional and serves as a workplace for architects and suppliers during the show and brings concepts and ideas that can be applied in any office. An acoustic insulation blanket was applied over the original masonry (without any specific treatment) and wall was finished with recycled wood cladding.
The environment also features reusable flooring, due to its durability and easy maintenance, and panels that house multimedia equipment. To allow technological access and real-time communication, TVs and devices such as tablets, notebooks, smartphones, among others, were used.
“The idea came from corporate clients in the administrative area who need to change their work environment frequently and cannot afford to lose the quality of a well-designed space,” explains architect Margareth Menezes, who is vice president of Communication and Marketing of AsBEA-PR.
