The pavilion designed by architect João Diniz and landscaper José Baccarini is the entrance portal to the 21st Casa Cor Minas

Called Pamp Pavilion, the entrance portal to the 21st CASA COR Minas was designed by architect João Diniz and landscaper José Baccarini. The space is a reference to Oscar Niemeyer's curves in Pampulha, the region where the exhibition is located. The continuous and organic form, 7.5 m wide by 2.10 m high, was built based on the concept of mineral essence.
The oxidized steel structure is built entirely in the same way as the raw material is supplied, that is, in coils or metal strips that define the continuous projected plane forming the surface of the floor, wall and ceiling.
The continuity of the work is also present in its surroundings through the garden designed by landscaper José Baccarini. The species and materials used in the landscaping enhance the Brazilian character with the use of species such as Pampas Grass, Bromeliads and the Mandacaru, which was originally from the house and was preserved in the space.
Sustainability is also present in the environment: the marble powder used in the garden is made from industrial waste, and in the back of the pavilion, plant species that require little irrigation are used, saving water.
The construction of the Pam Pavilion took just 20 hours to complete and represented a major transformation at the entrance to CASA COR Minas this year. Check out the image of before the construction:

When: August 30th to October 6th.
Where: Latanias Avenue, number 30, Pampulha.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday: 3pm to 10pm; Saturdays: 1pm to 10pm; Sundays and holidays: 1pm to 7pm.
Entrance fee: Tuesday to Friday: R$40 full price and R$20 half price, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: R$50 full price and R$25 half price.
Passport (valid for all days of the exhibition): R$140, nominal and non-transferable, upon presentation of identity document. Student passport (valid for all days of the exhibition): R$70.
