The 2015 Casa Cor season is officially open! The largest architecture, decoration and landscaping exhibition in the Americas debuts in the capital of Goiás, where it reaches its 19th edition. From May 15th to June 24th, the Anis Rassi Mansion brings together 37 environments designed by 56 architecture, decoration and landscaping professionals, displaying trends that speak to Casa Cor's great inspiration for this year: Brazilianness. The country is always remembered for having a light, happy, diverse and charming lifestyle, which is increasingly recognized and valued. In a large part of the 3500 m² of Casa Cor Goiás, what you see are environments that identify with this way of living and with nature, whether in sustainable solutions or in the choice of raw materials. Wood imposes itself in different ways, lining ceilings and composing trusses, evoked in the layout, warming walls, serving as the basis for well-thought-out joinery and for furniture signed by designers who update Made in Brazil. The material also inspires a neutral and warm color palette, with many browns, beiges, caramel and chocolate, which provide a certain continuity between the exhibition's environments. Also keep an eye on walls with exposed stones, bricks, concrete and graphic coverings. Another popular feature are the hollow and laser-cut elements used in partitions, shelves and even on the ceiling, in dialogue with the indirect effects of lighting.
