Lounge 9 – Ana Paula de Castro and Sanderson Porto. The walls of this space, designed for a traveling photographer, were covered with ebonized wood and natural straw. The exposed electrical conduits add extra style and also make it easier to maintain the wiring. In the background, you can see part of the Rio chaise longue by Oscar Niemeyer. Plants for a terrarium and vases with species suitable for indoor environments create a spot of color against the Pietra Gray quartz wall. The tops of the low furniture were made of Negresco Vintage.

Library – Cláudia Zuppani. The warehouse was filled with large-scale furniture and iconic furnishings, such as the Jader Almeida bookcase, and armchairs by Lina Bo Bardi and Sérgio Rodrigo. The carpet on the floor minimizes noise and contributes to a reading environment.

Studio 777 – André Lenza. Studio 777, the original number of the old building that houses the exhibition, preserves its high ceilings and original layout. The space is dark throughout, with walls, roof and floor in shades of black, gray and lead. The integrated and contemporary architecture of the 59m² place is filled with art, with paintings by Marcelo Solá and photographs by Naldo Mundim, which depict the interior of Goiás and the Atlantic Forest.

Haute Couture Atelier – Aletéia Tolentino and Luiz Poggi. Based on the understanding of tailoring, in which productions are exclusive, each detail of the atelier was designed in a unique way. The base of the space is darker to allow the copper-colored metallic elements to stand out. The dark floor has oxidized characteristics, giving the space a cool feel. A marble countertop was designed to house a wine cellar with sparkling wines.

Artist's Room – Andréia Spessatto and Náira Sá. The layout clearly demarcates the different uses - work, living, dining and contemplation. Composed of previously unseen works by Siron Franco, which will be presented to the public for the first time, iconic pieces were chosen for the space, such as the Tonico sofa by Sérgio Rodrigues.

Benjamim’s Refuge – Karla Cristine Oliveira. The space’s honoree is Sérgio Rodrigues, one of the names who contributed to making Brazilian design known worldwide, with the Benjamim armchair, his latest creation. The piece is accompanied by other signed items, such as the Totó stroller, by Isay Weinfeld; the Sherlock swivel chair, by Etel Carmona; the Palito armchair, by Paula Gontijo and Danilo Lopes; and the Italian Caboche chandelier, by designers Patricia Urquiola and Eliana Gerotto. Behind the work desk, designed for a doctor, a cement-based covering with relief was created, designed by Fernanda Marques.

The warehouse was filled with furniture that also holds history and identity, such as the Daav chair by Sérgio Rodrigues and the CMC Tea Cart by Cláudia Moreira Sales. Works of art were developed exclusively for the space, such as a special collection by Marlan Cotrim and the painting by Homero Maurício.

The professional focuses on re-signifying memory and preserving the original characteristics of the building, adding to them a precise architectural intervention between volumes, coverings, lighting, furniture and objects; many of them designed by the architect and made especially for the exhibition. Young Entrepreneur's Space - Ana Maria Miller. The mix of wood, lacquer, various fabrics and metals creates a contemporary atmosphere. A wooden panel created by the architect embraces the space and acts as a room divider. The Big Bang lamp, by Italian designer Enrico Franzolini, is being presented for the first time in Brazil. Another new product launch is the wall covering from the Pixel by Fernanda Marques line, which highlights optical volume, in addition to the porcelain tile applied to the floor with a Calacata marble pattern.

Study Room - Natália Maciel and Rachel Borges. Neutral tones, natural wood and exposed brick are some of the elements that refer to rusticity and give a democratic touch to the 21 m² multipurpose space. The loose furniture provides versatility, and the joinery also follows a light and sober line. The color comes from the paintings of Aurélia Cerulei, Marcelo Solá and Fabiana Queiroga.

Queen's Bedroom – Alexandre Milhomem. During a visit to the Swedish Royal Palace in Stockholm, the architect noticed the beauty of the property and took it as inspiration - which included the positive reaction of the Swedish Royal House to honor the queen of Brazilian blood, Silvia Renata Sommerlath. Pendant lights, crystal wall lights, gold leaf frames, velvet fabrics and carpeted floors create a noble ambiance. The classic furniture was handcrafted.

Bathroom – Eduardo Bittar and Karla Bittar. The space was designed as a refuge. When choosing finishes, natural, ecological and sustainable materials were prioritized, such as bamboo rulers and sheets on the floor and ceiling. The traditional bench gives way to a wooden table where the vats, lamps and some other objects are supported. In terms of furniture, the highlight is the Oscar armchair, by Sérgio Rodrigues; Banco Trinco, by Lia Siqueira; in addition to the series of photographs of Amazonas, by artist Adriana Bittar.

Café - Genésio Maranhão. Cafés have become spaces for reading, work meetings, chatting and even happy hour. Thus, the professional made the most of the 195m² area, which also houses the stand of Brasal Incorporações, the local sponsor of the exhibition. The café features furniture designed by Sérgio Rodrigues, Aristeu Pires, Paulo Mendes da Rocha, among others.

Escada Office – Josy Brandstetter and Denis Rezende. Spot lighting highlights the chosen coverings and furniture. The Glass Drop Chrome pendant, a small incandescent glass drop, is a highlight. Geometric shapes appear in the application of the 3D coverings and in the layout of the ceiling. The space features pieces by designers such as Zanini de Zanine and Mattheo Thun.

Public Bathrooms - Alex Dalcin and Tati Tavares. The industrial style predominates in the mix of corten steel, iron, copper, wood, PVC, glass, ceramic and natural stones. The duo prioritized large-format coverings, exposed bricks and non-slip surfaces. The crown molding was made of oxidized iron, and the copper and wood pendant is also a highlight.

Lounge – Carine Rocha. The space is integrated with the balcony, where the woodwork on the ceiling creates wooden frames for the natural straw screen. In this entrance hall, the two Esfera armchairs by Ricardo Fasanello are the main attraction. The lacquered table with a mirror top serves as a support for Murano, silver and crystal ornaments.

A tray with a gold frame holds hygiene items, while glass vases hanging from ropes from the ceiling hold succulents. The painting designed by the architects was done by artist Natanael Gonçalves.

Renault Garage Loft - Fabíola Fleury Naoum and Wilker Godoi. More than just a garage, the 107m² was transformed into a loft and even houses a suite, with a highlight being the canopy panel that houses the bed. Another highlight in the carpentry is the bookcase that frames the space and makes the most of every inch. In the kitchen, the service counter was made of Ice Armani marble. The lighting design is scenic and highlights the architectural elements of the space.

Casa da Dina – Flávia Araújo, Juliana Resende and Ednara Braga. The industrial concept inspired by New York lofts contributes to creating a project that preserves the structure of the space. The brick, for example, is part of the building's original construction and was displayed as a work of art. The reclaimed wood floor, exposed copper piping and cement coating affirm the style.

An old building full of memories. Some of them are not so pleasant, as it was the first health center in Goiânia, in the city center. Perhaps that is why the contrast with the theme of this year's exhibition, Celebrate, brings such a strong and interesting personality to the 36 spaces designed by 51 professionals, under the command of architects Eliane Martins and Sheila Podestá. The 3,000 m² of space enhanced the architecture and original elements, which included brick walls, high ceilings and other charming details revealed during the renovation. An interesting fact: the building is one of the only ones in the region that does not follow the typical art deco style of the time. In addition to updating the aesthetics, the transformations emphasized the concept of sustainability, with solutions ranging from the use of LEDs in lighting to replacing air conditioning with fans or green roofs, solar energy generation and smart faucets. Guided by the spirit of festivity, the exhibition celebrates 20 years of exhibition in the state and 30 years of the CASACOR franchise in Brazil.

Several personalities are honored at the20th edition of CASACOR Goiás . The Artist's Room pays tribute to Siron Franco, from Goiás, with exclusive works by the painter, designer and sculptor. The Refúgio do Benjamim pays homage to the renowned Brazilian designer Sérgio Rodrigues and the Queen's Room is a reinterpretation of the private quarters of the Brazilian aristocrat Sílvia Renata Sommerlath.
