An old building full of memories. Some of them are not so pleasant, as it was the first health center in Goiânia, in the city center. Perhaps that is why the contrast with the theme of this year's exhibition, Celebrate, brings such a strong and interesting personality to the 36 spaces designed by 51 professionals, under the command of architects Eliane Martins and Sheila Podestá. The 3,000 m² of space enhanced the architecture and original elements, which included brick walls, high ceilings and other charming details revealed during the renovation. An interesting fact: the building is one of the only ones in the region that does not follow the typical art deco style of the time. In addition to updating the aesthetics, the transformations emphasized the concept of sustainability, with solutions ranging from the use of LEDs in lighting to replacing air conditioning with fans or green roofs, solar energy generation and smart faucets. Guided by the spirit of festivity, the exhibition celebrates 20 years of exhibition in the state and 30 years of the
CASACOR franchise in Brazil.
Several personalities are honored at the
20th edition of CASACOR Goiás . The
Artist's Room pays tribute to Siron Franco, from Goiás, with exclusive works by the painter, designer and sculptor. The
Refúgio do Benjamim pays homage to the renowned Brazilian designer Sérgio Rodrigues and the
Queen's Room is a reinterpretation of the private quarters of the Brazilian aristocrat Sílvia Renata Sommerlath.
