The theme that
Carlos Otavio received for this house in Aquiraz (a city located 32 km from Fortaleza) could have been somewhat cliché:
using blue and white for a beach residence . But the architect accepted the challenge of creating a new version for something that was already very popular and used the color duo to create a project with a strong identity, but without neglecting comfort and giving maximum priority to leisure areas.

All the furniture, fabrics, rugs and decorative objects were chosen to highlight the blue . The balance is achieved by the breaths in the white base and the different tones of
natural wood - the material brings warmth and matches the beachy atmosphere. Textures of different materials and coverings also contribute to making the décor more dynamic and balanced.
Located in a luxury condominium, the three-story house has a large leisure area, a swimming pool on the balcony and a solarium - everything to make the most of the view of the Ceará sea.

As cars only move underground, integration with the landscape is even more complete.
