The end of the year is a very important time for those looking to get inspired by trends. This is when companies reveal their studies and reveal their bets for the next year, according to society's behavior. Paint brands are one of them and have already started to release their colors for 2019. Below, we have selected the tones of the main names in the segment:

Coral - Creme Brulee

In mid-October, Coral, a brand from AkzoNobel, revealed that the color of the year for 2019 is Creme Brulée ! The brand's Color Futures color trend study identified four attitudes as guides for the tone: think, dream, love and act. The warm caramel hue brings a relaxing feeling to the environment.

Sherwin-Williams - Cave

Cave , a warm, casual and refined color, is Sherwin Williams' choice for 2019! From the earthy tone family, it brings in its essence the spirit of freedom, which inspires the free soul. The hue is reminiscent of a warm terracotta with ancient and elemental roots, connecting the modern and the ancestral.

Quentão , an earthy yellow that brings brightness and warmth to the environment, was chosen by Suvinil as the color of the year! Chosen based on a trend study, the shade is nostalgic, modern, nostalgic and cheerful – bringing back memories and affections from childhood. An earthy tone, a little darker than mustard, it is between yellow and brown – and is a great ally for creating contrasts.

The Pantone Institute conducts research to determine which tones will be most suitable for the coming year in fashion, visual advertising and interior design. For design, there is a complete report with 72 brand colors, divided into eight palettes; they are: classic , cravings , paradoxical , musings , proximity , syncopated , cherish and meanderings . However, cravings and classic are sure to capture attention in 2019. The Cravings palette features vivid, intense colors that usually refer to certain foods, such as sweets and spices. The shades here are: butterum beige, cappuccino brown, cayenne pepper red, grassy green and flamingo orange! The classic palette focuses on sophisticated and timeless tones that convey a feeling of warmth, comfort and luxury.
