Plataforma 8 Café - CLS Arquitetura. The houndstooth-print sofa is the center of attention. Everything happens around it, where tables and chairs with straw backs have been distributed. Kivia and Graziela Costa, Zuleica Lombardi and Erika Stekelberg finish with the beautiful Rede lamp by Ingo Maurer.

Clinic - Viviane Lima Arquitetura. The cobogós are the main visual element, which delimits the service and hair therapy areas. The porcelain work table adds sophistication, as do the gold details, which confirm the project's modernity.

Press Room - Pedro Lázaro. Carbon blue and pool green share the spotlight on the walls, as does orange - in fact, the roller blind disguises the smaller window and visually balances the space. In addition to the vibrant colors, the furniture from Nendo studio guarantees a good mood. To balance things out, the ceiling and window frames are in off-white.

Bookstore/Balcony - Ferreira Arquitetura. Camila Ferreira signed the project, with original wooden walls and lining covered in dry leaf tone. Near the window area, the tables are made up of different sizes and house books, which invite the visitor to read them while contemplating the landscape.

Essential Suite - CR Studio. Patrícia Urquiola's bed and the 1.3 m diameter chandelier with illuminated spheres attract the attention of those who enter the room. They stand out against the neutral walls in dark tones. To complete the look, Carolina and Roberta Robson included the quartzite fireplace, which can be enjoyed together with the pair of Italian design armchairs.

Wine Room - Camile Guedes. In this space, all the choice of materials and their composition are in perfect harmony. The room has two Saarinen tables with armchairs upholstered in houndstooth, which is also on one of the walls. The Dekton counter and the bookcase with an Italian design complete the décor of the space.

Central Room - Dodora Gontijo. The verticality of the space was used to the advantage of the project, which works with well-designed proportions. Low furniture expands the space, such as the coffee table by Cláudia Moreira Salles. The partial painting of the walls, with a metallic texture, also highlights the high ceiling. In fact, there are canvases on the walls that coexist with the luxurious Aubusson tapestry.

At Agnes's Table - Farkasvolgyi Arquitetura. The loom-covered ceiling attracts attention. The composition created by Bernardo Farkasvolgyi has more than 800 strands that, in a straight line, would total more than 10km. The lounge, with a set of sofas, serves as a bar and represents the flexibility of the furniture. The hegemony is warm tones and wood, which is present on the floor.

Guaja Sapucaí - Guaja + Porch. A place for cultural programming, the space is also open to collaborative experiences. Instead of an architectural project, Lucas Durães, Sarah Kubistchek, Pedro Haruf, Gabriel Nardelli and Marcos Franchini imagined a non-deterministic process, which dilutes the authorship of the design with more than 100 architecture and design professionals and students. A striking element are the aerial orchids of the Vandas species, symbolizing ideas that flourish.

In 2017, CASACOR Minas arrived and took over an emblematic mansion in the state capital, with the aim of restoring it and bringing life to the railway region of Rua Sapucaí. The building had been closed for over 10 years and is part of the Praça da Estação Architectural Complex, the headquarters of the now-defunct Rede Ferroviária Federal S/A – RFFSA. The building, which is closely linked to the history of Belo Horizonte, is listed and is being restored by IPHAN to house the future Railway Museum. The professionals maintained much of the original design and design of the spaces. The high ceilings, parquet floors, beams and exposed walls, among other elements, were reinterpreted and incorporated into the decor and architecture of the spaces, which also served as inspiration for the architects and interior designers. Another natural resource of the mansion, which was impeccably explored and brought a regional and Minas Gerais charm to the spaces, was the integration of the original windows and the city skyline . The outdoor landscape enters the windows of the spaces where the professionals used and abused this element, resulting in a tranquil space that invites visitors to appreciate not only the decoration, but also the beauty that the surroundings offer.
