The houses of CASACOR ES 2016
CASACOR Espírito Santo will be held this year at a famous hotel in the region, Canto do Sol , with 42 rooms in 4,120 m². More than 52 professionals worked in this complex to bring the best of Espírito Santo design and architecture to a single location. And even though it is a hotel, with bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens, among other styles of space, the homely atmosphere was also present, illustrating beach, urban and even mountain homes. CASA_NA_PRAIA_Foto_Pedro_Paulo_Abreu Designed by architect Letícia Finamore, this 90 m² Beach House is inspired by a young man who is passionate about the sea and nature, just like she is. The space has a simple and uncluttered atmosphere, with light colors that brighten up the decor and reveal a calm and cozy place. CASA_NA_PRAIA_Foto_Pedro_Paulo_Abreu-2 White predominates on the walls, which were covered with exposed bricks from Brick Studio. “It is an easy-to-install finish, thin and light, and has pastel tones that suit any style. The variety of tones allows for many combinations, which is why it is also a versatile finish,” says the architect. The space is marked by the use of linen, straw, sand, rustic travertine marble, washed freijó wood and burnt cement-style flooring to bring nature and make it present in the space. 26-casa-da-montanha1 The comfort of the countryside is found in Cyane Zoboli's Mountain House . The entire space is dedicated to the kitchen, and all the décor was created from there, transforming it into the center of the space. The house has 130 m² with a huge countertop in White Paraná granite, combined with woodwork in veneer with golden paged veins and microtexture in the super trendy cobalt blue tone. casa-da-montanha-cyane-zoboli-1-768x576 The furniture is made up of pieces by Jader Almeida, Leo Romano and Sérgio Rodrigues, and the entrance hall was designed by the architect herself. The large upholstery is a highlight of the project, inviting visitors to the comfort of a country home. 30-casa-urbana-_-sergio-palmeira-casa-cor-espirito-santo-2016-ambientes As its name suggests, Casa Urbana , by Carol Anderson, Helena Batista and Sérgio Palmeira, has a modern atmosphere and was designed for a couple who appreciate art and love classics. This 120 m² space includes a living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, which makes it look like a studio. The furniture is designed by famous designers, with highlights including the dining table with an acrylic top by Jader Almeida and a sculpture by Demetrius Coelho created especially for the space.
Gray predominates on the flooring of the house, which features different coverings such as white pearls, a brushed quartzite, launched by a mining company and, in contrast, the professionals use a rare sheet of rosewood with striking veins in the lining of the panels. 41-loja-do-compadre-_-ronaldo-barbosa-casa-cor-espirito-santo-2016-ambientes Last but not least, there is the Loja do Compadre , designed by Ronaldo Barbosa. The professional wanted to transport the contemporary Casa do Compadre, located in a corner of the Pedra Azul region, to the CASACOR environment, with the same characteristics that made it famous in the mountains of Espírito Santo. In the exhibition, it was built in pine wood and painted with PVA paint, creating an environment that contextualizes local design pieces and objects. CASACOR SERVICE Espirito Santo 2016 WHEN?
