Rio de Janeiro-based designer Zanini de Zanine was chosen to design the Punto e Filo commemorative collection. Comprising six rugs and a tapestry, the series was created based on aesthetic studies of the fitting together of fragments of furniture and sculptures from Brazilian colonial architecture. Handcrafted with a high-density polymer, each piece is unique. The tapestry, for example, is a spectacle in itself: Zanini lets threads attached to a circular base fall loosely, forming a light, three-dimensional sculpture that emerges from the wall. .
